“I came on last Saturday to have them look at my son’s bersey tricycle which we opened brand new out the box. It was a gift from family. It is not a normal bike as it is a tricycle that is like a stroller. The front wheel handle bar and the handle bar in the back where the parent will control as well wouldn’t work and no matter how many times we thought we could fix it, it never worked. So going into them, Nick promptly came outside and worked on it for about 20 minutes after deciding to take it in to work on. Rachel got my information and I went to my car. Within 5 minutes, I was waived to come back in. Nick had fixed my baby’s bike. I was so happy. They had great customer service and were super helpful. Thank you Nick and thank your Rachel!”

“I own a bicycle tour company and was passing through Memphis with a 3T carbon fiber bike which had a broken seat post and cracked front fork. Clark and his staff got on the phone, found and replaced the parts all within a day. Awesome shop and wonderful service.

“These people really know how to treat customers!!! Couldn't help me in some ways, through no fault of their own. They even gave me an extra piece that they didn't need & I did. That is going above & beyond & I for one certainly appreciate it!”

“This place rules! These guys helped me fix my bike in a pinch, and got me riding when it looked like our day was over. Everything about this shop is wonderful including the coffee shop!”

“This is about to sound so sponsored... Every employee here deserves a smooch on the mouth. For YEARS, I had an issue with my ebike chain falling off, and it just got worse over time despite several desperate attempts to self-diagnose. I love my bike but nearly gave up on it after failed at-home repair attempts and a bad experience with a different shop that charged me an arm and leg for a new derailer and it didn't help at all. I thought my bike might actually be totaled, but word of mouth brought me to AAB and I decided it would be my last resort. David was so transparent and voiced skepticism at first, but said "you won't pay anything until we fix it." The vibes were immediately better and I trusted they weren't going to rip me off. After a few days, they completely resolved the issue (and tossed in xtra upgrades!) for less than HALF what the other shop charged me. I thought I was being punked when I was told the price. I was ready to give them my firstborn for everything they did. My only regret is that I didn't go to AAB first. In the days my bike was in repair, David stayed in communication, educated me on the issue, test rode the bike, and now... I'm on Day 5 of riding rough around the metro and my chain hasn't fallen off once. YAY!! I'm so glad I've found a shop I can trust.”
