My experience was very good up to a point. The reason I chose Bartlett Home Furnishings was to have a custom. Covered sofa and loveseat. I specifically told the salesperson I wanted my seat cushions completed covered in leather on both sides. THEY WERE NOT COMPLETED COVERED ON BOTH SIDES!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I’m not good with picking out a color of furniture that will blend with the open floor plan of my house. I’m also elderly and need furniture that I can easily get in and out of. Charlotte was amazing in helping with each issue I was concerned about. I brought some paint samples and other things to help me pick out a sofa. Charlotte was so patient and guided me to the sofas that were best ones for my needs. Charlotte used the samples I brought and she show me the different fabric the sofa comes in. With her help, we got the perfect sofa, in the style and color that flows perfectly with the rest of living area. Charlotte definitely has a gift in customer service with a flare in decor. We recently shopped for new living room furniture and were about to head to a larger furniture store by the mall when we remembered we had one right here in Bartlett! We enjoyed the ability to look at furniture without the sales person hovering over you. We found a beautiful couch, recliner and chairs at a very good price. They were delivered the very next day by some very courteous gentlemen. We would highly recommend giving Bartlett Home Furnishings a look!

I have shopped at Bartlett Home Furnishings on several occasions over the past couple of years and have always been pleased! The quality of the furniture and knowledgeable staff are both outstanding. Most recently after making renovations to my home, Bartlett’s designer Wayne assisted me. The outcome has been spectacular! And each time I would revisit the store to make changes or additions to our plan, Wayne was always very prepared and had obviously spent time gathering materials and ideas to actively contribute to the meeting.

No one greeted me. I was in the store for 15 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Beverly Hodge introduced herself. The other reps were all sitting down talking. I will not be back!
