This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I have a business account a local business here in Memphis. They flagged a wire as fraud and I provided all the information as needed they told me 24 hours. That was almost a week ago. I sit on the phone for hours a day to get the run around and no one is transparent. Now they closed my account and are making me wait 15 business days to receive a cashiers check for my balance. This is a month now I haven’t been able to access my account they are crooks never do business here or at any location. Put your money in a better bank.

Why open at 10 when boa almost everywhere else is open at 9, then y'all don't pick up the phone never... Can't schedule to see a notary online, I mean it's ridiculous!

Worst customer service you can receive, open late, bad attitude, rude to customers. They say they offer a notary and then they give you all the excuses not to help you.

Came To do a transaction, I hear the worker SCREAMING at an older lady like crazy when they were one on one. There is no way the whole lobby had to hear her. The poor older lady Kept asking questions and Girl was Super Rude. Definetly Need better customer service!

Maria was absolutely the best! The manager was extremely polite as well. She welcomed clients as they entered.DOWNSIDE: The young man with locs who was working security for the bank was on his cell phone the ENTIRE 32 Minutes I was there. It was disappointing due there being so many customers inside and outside the bank. He definitely was NOT securing the location and was not actively monitoring.

The door says 10-4 but apparently they close for lunch. The security guard wasn't really keen on saying when they'd be back.Then he advised they weren't going to be able to assist even once they were back as a power outage the night before has all teller services unavailable.This office is janky AF and while I haven't been in it in years - mostly because their hours are not useful- any time I ever used the lobby or drive thru before, it was a terribly long wait.

Got the appointment to verify my identity for credit card lock out. I was told to call a bogas number to verify over the phone during my visit here. This branch must be on the chopping block because I got no where there! It seems like the bail ins have begun here first at this bank. I have a large credit balance on my visa and no record of my visit was put into the records!

Why do you have people just standing around greeting people when you have one teller and 10 people in line! Teller holding full conversation with regular customers like they don't have a line of other customers! The teller that they had was moving slow on purpose!

I SEE WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD AND THIS IS WHY I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT HERE! 10 PEOPLE IN LINE WITH 2 TELLERS AND 3 HOSTESS' STANDING AROUND THAT SHOULD BE TELLERS SO CUSTOMER CAN GET BACK TO WORK, AT LEAST THIS PKACE IS OPEN TIDAY USUALLY CLOSED?

Here I thought I was actually overthinking this but it seems like everyone else is head on the nail. It is totally inconvenient for any financial institution to streamline one way to deposit payments. Drive-thru is convenient for a reason because everybody can't go inside a branch. Not only is this branch small, it's tight, you can hear everybody's information all across the building. They are extremely slow, they are extremely loud, everyone is in your way, this is just too much. I have to go in here as a new small business owner to deposit checks by force but every single time I go in here I'm running into an issue with payments posting. Small businesses are already having issues staying afloat but to find out every single time I deposit a check it could potentially Post in one day or in 14 days every single time just because Bank of America wants you to build a relationship is totally inconvenient. I am seriously reconsidering my business checking account with this company and this is not in the small business owners best interest from what I'm seeing. I know every branch isn't in this situation but the option to not have a drive-thru open as an option is definitely something that should never be not an option.
