It hasn't been not one time. I have walked. in Bank of America in Bartlett and able to walk to the window or see more than one person.working the window a long wait every time.

Why open at 10 when boa almost everywhere else is open at 9, then y'all don't pick up the phone never... Can't schedule to see a notary online, I mean it's ridiculous!

Worst customer service you can receive, open late, bad attitude, rude to customers. They say they offer a notary and then they give you all the excuses not to help you.
