Poor communication. Poor customer service. I cashed a check and they told me they didn't have any envelopes. When I closed my account they left it active and open for a month. I was charged an overdraft that I had to dispute in person at a different location.I do not recommend doing business with the Bartlett location.

This is my absolutely FAVORITE location to go to! They know me & they are always SO friendly & we carry on conversations as if we've known each other for years. I've been banking with BancorpSouth for about two years now. I've been to several locations but they are no where near as good & friendly as these people!! Thanks to all of you for going above & beyond! Y'all have a customer forever!
