“A few days ago I stopped by and spoke with Brian Sims about my vehicle. I told him that my brakes were sticking and he said it was a front brake hose collapsing. Ordered both hoses and went to Jim Karas Nissan for service. Told them the same thing and they said it’s the brake master cylinder. Charged me $621 and the problem was still there. They (Jim Karas) said brake hoses don’t collapse. My buddy referred me to Eagles Auto Repair and they installed both front hoses and problem fixed. If you have questions or concerns about your auto, reach out to Brian at O’Reilly’s. Top service, nothing but the best. “Ask for LaTrell!!!! We came in today to buy a car and he helped us find the perfect one within our price range. “Awesome customer service by Service Manager Jerry Becker. We had been experiencing several similar "loss of acceleration" issues with our 2021 Infiniti QX50. The car's computer would put it in limp mode to protect the engine. Unfortunately, these occurred on a cross-country trip this past June. The Infiniti Dealer in Springfield thought they had it fixed but it continued to do it over and over. I called Mr. Becker one day and asked if he would be willing to take a look at our car. He wholeheartedly agreed and had it repaired on day one. The issue has yet to resurface, and we are overjoyed with the outstanding customer service that Mr. Becker and his team has done for us. I have asked them to keep the car a couple of weeks and drive it daily to make sure it stays running fine as we live about 3 hours away. He agreed and we are very happy Infiniti owners. I would HIGHLY recommend this service center for all your service needs. Great, friendly and very personable staff, very professional and accommodating to us. Thank you Mr. Becker and also a special thank you to the mechanic that so quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We love you guys and may God bless you all.”

“Most of the time they get it right. We like this location. Every now and then it's a run around if there's someone new working but we are patient with them and try to remind them you gotta start somewhere. I had to have rework done from Service King/Crash Champions Bartlett and they were the only collision center in the city that were willing to go behind Service King/Crash Champions Bartlett to get my baby back right and tight! “This has got to be the best Walmart I've been to so far in memphis. it's just sad. But hey atleast I know where to go to now. This Walmart was a lot cleaner and friendlier and the only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's far from where I live. Yup, I have to drive far just to get DECENT customer service here in shitty Memphis. Oooh boy”

“I've ordered a tire yo have installed but went to the wrong Walmart lol.I also had an appointment that day with my mom.So we took the tire off n dropped it off hoping when we get back that the new tire would be installed.They gave me a price of 32 with tax included is what it would be when I returnHowever once returned they kindly explained the situation and told me that it was at the Walmart 38134 location because that was the one with my area code even though Austin Peay n Covington Pike was down the street.But I was okay with it and took it over to the Bartlett location.However when I arrived with my tire it was a different story.The clerk over there looked it up n found my tire but explained to me that they can't install it because I didn't bring the car with me and the ticket hea said was for the car to be there as well.I didn't understand the reason because Walmart at the other location didn't give me a hard time.So I tried to explain that to him and he interrupted me and said sir you're listening to me but I let him know I completely understand what he said and ask to speak with a manager.I explained to the service manager and he quickly explained to the clerk how to write the ticket out so it can be installed.He did an AMAZING JOB and even joked with me at the end.My day turned around for the better ?I got home n installed it and the rest is History.I don't won't to make an comparisons between the twobut if I did the 5 stars ✨️to Walmart on Covington Pike Austin Peay4 stars ? to Walmart in Bartlett 38134but only because I believe the clerk could've handled it betterbut I give that to maybe he's not as experienced yet but will get there.Also again hats off to the manager for his swift actions to defuse the situation ? ? he only gets 5 stars ?That also says another about the leadership skills that Walmart store has.”
