In the new ‘normal’ of buying almost any product or service these days (i.e., zero real customer service), I have reluctantly ratcheted down my expectation when doing anything. When I called and made the appointment for service, it was quick and easy. The young lady I spoke with was very easy to talk to and didn’t start off with the attitude that they were doing ME a big favor. +1
After calling to let me know he was on the way and giving me an ETA, Corey arrived dead on time. Another +1
My dogs are not normally friendly, but he has the sort of personality which put them instantly at ease and it was almost as if they wanted to watch the work and learn something. NOT part of the repair work, but still courteous and awesome. +1 again!
Corey was highly experienced and had obviously ridden the Whirlpool dryer rodeo before and within 5 minutes had it disassembled and a couple of minutes later had correctly diagnosed the problem (bad idler arm). He stopped immediately and worked up a quick estimate of the total repair charges. It was very reasonable for an on site repair with parts and labor and I gave him the go ahead. After a quick trip to the truck, he was back and quickly took care of the work. I paid him and Corey was courteous saying his goodbyes to my dogs and it was done.
It was only after he left that I realized that the company AND every employee I had contact with had checked all of the boxes for ‘awesome.’ Thanks, A Plus for bringing back REAL, old fashioned customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of working Aplus Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service they provided. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top notch- friendly , responsive, and willing to accommodate my schedule. Tommy the technician called me when he was on the way and showed up on time . He took time to explain the issue and was upfront with the repair and pricing .What stood out most was the technicians expertise and how quickly he diagnosed the problem. The entire experience , from booking the appointment to completing the repair, was seamless. I washed a load of clothes, tossed it in the dryer, dryer said nope, not happening. Checked the breaker, checked the knobs for wear, so I figured the timer had quit. I googled how to remove it, got the part off with a minimum of cuss words, and brought it to your store. The lady at the register was so nice and helpful! Got the part at a reasonable price, easy peasy put back together, and my clothes are drying as I type this! Thank you!

I brought my Samsung dryer heating element at A Plus. Lisa tested my old one and the resistors to determine the correct parts for me. She was very helpful and friendly to deal with.

Came out exactly when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly. Our tech was very polite and professional, and he came prepared with parts to fix the problem based on the information I gave over the phone.

I highly recommend A Plus Appliance. They are true to their word and have good business practices. They tried but failed to fix my washing machine and they made it right. They credited me a refund for the parts and labor (about $250). They kept the initial $100 service call cost. That is fair and is the same as if they had come out and told me "it cant be fixed." They would have to charge me for the visit for that too. I was never frustrated, never raised my voice, or said a cross word. I did not ask for a refund, this was just their business practice. The tech and the people on the phones all did their best. Sorry it didn't work out this time but I will call again if I have problems in the future.

My review is solely on my experience with this company!I’ve called different companies and they all about the same pricing to come and check your appliances. I went with them based on the positive reviews. They scheduled me within 24 hours. The tech (Jim) came the next day. Very polite and respectful.My washer and dryer went out about the same time. Jim was extremely honest with the problem. He said we could fix my washer but it will break again within 6 months. The motor was practically on its last leg. The dryer just by looking at it he knew it will cost me more to fix it than buying a new one!He gave me different options and of course I went with not having anything fix. Unfortunately, now a days this appliances are more electronic devises than durable machines! He also recommended what washer/dryer to buy that will last at least 7/8 years. Overall, honest and great customer service! Something very rare this days!!

Sold us a part for a fridge saying we had 15 days if we wanted to return it then when i sent my girlfriend the next day to return it because i ordered the wrong part, They accused her of taking parts off the part itself and refused to refund us. Don't use this place they lie and accuse people of outlandish things With no proof to support their accusations.

I called and spoke with Emily she was so helpful and nice about my fridge.even though I had a repair guy to come look at my fridge he didn't do anything basically, but Emily looked up part and went over and beyond and she really didn't have to so for that I want to say thanks

I called because I was having issues with my washing machine. I spoke to Lisa on the phone, she was so sweet! I was able to get an appointment scheduled that same week. Bret was the tech that looked at my washing machine. He did a great job explaining what the problem was. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get his recommendation, which was very helpful!

Technician Cory's professionalism is above reproach. He had my broken washer back in action in less than 30 minutes. I will use this company again!
