This guy is very knowledgeable, I’ve been driving 15 years and have experienced a lot when it comes to radios and even made radios my hobby at one time, he is not the type to just try and talk a good game to make u believe you need something you don’t.. when I went in I told him I was 90% sure I was having an antenna are possibly coax problem the straight off the bat he wanted to hook the radio up and make sure it was operations properly in which it was then he moved on to let’s check this antenna and come to find out my coax was still good but was indeed a bad antenna so he got that changed and swr set properly with the mfg meter not a cheap inline and I was back goin, needless to say he’s not goin to try and sell you on something you don’t need and definitely not goin to tell you somethings wrong with something when it’s not. Overall I give him a 10 star rating definitely will be back, thank you dragon cb shop for being a honest and kind place to do business!!!

ReviewDamon tried to install an antenna post on my 2014 Volvo during this process that he charged me for; he created unnecessary holes in my door frame that I have since sealed with marine 5200 to prevent water from getting inside my door. The post he did install failed due to several factors. The first being he installed a right handed thread on the passenger side of my cab and the force of the wind unscrewed it causing it to fail. Secondly after drilling unnecessary holes in my door frame he bent the frame when he attempted to use bolt cutters to cut the antenna post that he had also installed incorrectly.In conclusion, I blame myself for seeking out what should have been aMprofessional and turned out to be a installer that knew very little about my application.My review is beware of his techniques.

Damon is fantastic at what he does. Great salesman and installer. He knows the must haves to get the job done, but doesn't pressure you to buy something you don't need. Easy to talk to and breaks it down for the layman to understand. Just a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

Damon is awesome!! I went to several CB shops to get advice about my radio and why I couldn’t be heard by other drivers. He diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes. I also purchased a few upgrades and he came outside to the parking lot (something other CB shops wouldn’t do) and installed my upgraded radio & new antennas. I highly recommend this shop. I wish I could give a higher rating!! Thanx again

I have visited numerous CB repair and sales shops, but this one is by far the best! The salesman knows his business. The shop itself is clean and organized. I had an antenna installed. He was very efficient with the installation. I will definitely be back for future business with the Dragon.

He charged me $92 for an antenna that was $43 online tried to find a reason why his was $51 more. And now I have this static in my radio that I’ve never heard before.
