“We just started using Munford Pharmacy in January when our insurance changed. For at least the past 20 years we've only used Walgreens, Wal-Mart & Kroger so with their strong buying power; I was a little concerned about costs associated with using a small independent pharmacy.I am so very pleased we made the change! All-in-all we are saving money each month...some meds are slightly higher $, but most are slightly cheaper. Their customer service is great and the Pharmacist is very nice and happy to talk with you about any questions or concerns.One thing that totally surprised me is when I went to drop off a prescription and was asked to wait a minute...then they tell me the RX is $4.89 and tell me it's ready!!! Wait What??? I was so shocked that I wasn't told the soonest it could be ready in 2-3 hours. This wasn't a one-time deal, they are always that "on top of service".Great quick friendly service!”

“Thanks to the tech that took my call and then turned it over to the pharmacist after some time, and got it figured out. They were both patient and kind about everything to check on some medicine for me.
I got my info wrong and then found out. That was helpful and I appreciate it. There was an unusual order situation before I called that I forgot all about, and so it was quite confusing to me as things went through on the call and so I'm glad they were able to know what to do to help get things figured out. Thanks. I've shopped in the store some also over the years and have never had any problems.”

“We stopped by here while staying in Millington on vacation. We found everything we needed. The only downside was the checkout situation. We waited in line forever (the people in front of us didn't have much, the cashiers were just moving so slow) and everyone around us was visibly frustrated. We finally left the line and went to self checkout which was a much better experience unfortunately.”
“I have always had an extremely great experience over 4 years. The last few months were a bit rocky.That was disappointing. But today was really great. I just really love all the people that have been there for so long. The technician that have been there for years are just so great. Dustin the pharmacist is the best. He really speaks to the customer with care and understanding.”

“CeCe & Ashley went above and beyond what any customer could have asked for! My daughter had an important Senior Capstone project due and she worked many hours on getting the pictures, formatting, sizing, etc. When she cane to pick up her order, it was not what she expected and was truly upset. CeCe & Ashley sat with my daughter, listened to her vision of what she was wanting, & helped her come up with a plan. They treated my daughter as if she was their own! They could tell how important this project was and the hard work she had put into it! In the end, my daughter’s project came out EXACTLY as she wanted it to. Talk about saving the day! THANK YOU, CECE & ASHLEY!! Walgreens and our hometown are lucky to have you!”

Very rude young girl ?”

“I absolutely LOVE this neighborhood Kroger. Everyone has their opinion and often times local residents of the Arlington community give negative reviews for various reasons especially on the nextdoor social page. I've lived in Arlington for 5 years and will not shop at another Kroger. The management is friendly, courteous, and above all attentive. One manager even noticed I was walking with a limp after a torn Achilles injury. Brian in the deli is the most professionally polished hometown meat man I have ever met. And it's awesome that a lot of the local kids get their first job there. Of course they are young people so their attention sometimes focuses on each other and not the customer. But the other day I had a kid that would not give up until he helped me find old bay seasoning. There was even another off duty young lady there that chimed In and told us to go to the seafood dept. Sadly enough we are building in Eads,TN and will be moving soon. I will still make the trip to my neighborhood Arlington Kroger.”

“I absolutely love Boatwright Pharmacy! I’ve been a customer since 2019 and honestly have never had any issues or concerns.Lately I’ve been super busy and forgetful to call in my refills (absolutely 100% my fault) until I’m down to my last few pills. They are always so nice and fast about filling them. When I go in, I am always greeted by the same smiling faces.I would recommend them a 1000 times over the big box chains.”
