To call the staff "knowledgeable" is to sell them short. If they tell you something, believe it. If they give you advice, take it. My co-workers from 30+ I miles away knew of this place and it's reputation! Highly recommended!

Yea they both have an attitude I had a starter rebuilt at Wayne's battery I got 3 starts outta it I called and she said I didn't have it connected right the bendix was slipping to make it short I just bought a new one but they are some rude people both needs an attitude adjustment

Rated 4/5 since I didn't ger work done here. But I ended up not needing it! Took my car in to have the alternator repaired after Oriley suggested it was bad, but Wayne was very knowledgeable, and it turned out to just be my battery. Didn't cost me anything, and if I need any work done on my alternator or starter, then I will definitely be bringing my car back here!!!

Went there to have an alternator rebuilt After it was ready I picked it up and had it tested at autozone autozone and came back bad.. I called Wayne's batteries and let them know that they said it was bad old manner he showed it cussing me and asked me why I took it somewhere to get tested so they got it out of the shop I told him I just wanted to make sure it was going to last I'll never I got rebuilt from them and purred out so I didn't know who was the mechanic or who was Wayne's batteries batteries must have been weighed batteries if he cussed me out like that

They no longer buying batteries from people and when u call and ask them for an estimate on rebuilding an alternator, they tell you that you have to bring it into the shop in order to get an estimate. Then the lady ended our call with... "And you can either leave it here or go elsewhere!"
