Unless you want to wait all day don’t go here!! My kid’s prescriptions get sent here and it is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to! Doesn’t matter who is in there it’s always SLOW! Literally writing this review as I’ve sat here for 32 minutes with only 1 car in front of me! It’s like this constantly.

I understand most businesses are understaffed; however, this particular Walgreens has many employees and customers are still waiting for 30-40 minutes to pick up their medication. It’s taking 10-20 minutes per vehicle. Unacceptable.

Spending 45 minutes in the drive thru with sick children is Unacceptable And when I get to the window the guy running the drive-thru wants to take his sweet time getting any medicine out and thenSay it's because No you're not busy you're just slowand lazy

Have be on Phone on hold over 10 minutes an when you do find out about your medicine to be filled they say it be ready 3 hours or more wait longer to go get it an just find out haven't even stayed to fill it say it be 1 hour or longer try talk to a manager about this happening evertime just get nowhere an keep having same problem! If it's that busy they need hire more help but this is not reason I get told what problem is.i didn't want switch back here guess I'll find one not like this I!

The pharmacy staff in particular is extremely rude. The regular store staff is extremely helpful and nice while the staff in the back pharmacy can’t seem to be bothered to even answer a question

Went to pick up a prescription and Christy in the pharmacy noticed that one of my medications wasn’t covered by my insurance. She looked for a discount and got it to a third of the cost! Love it when someone goes the extra mile!

I went in for a simple booster. I could not get boosted because I didn’t have my vaccine card. Walgreens, I have to ask who would be trying to somehow sneak a booster? What is the logic? With a pandemic that has killed more people specifically in America than any other country, I’d think company policies regarding vaccines and boosters would be conducive to increasing the number of vaccinated individuals rather than limiting. Please make it make sense. The employees were nice, but unfortunately not helpful due to seemingly useless company policy.

This is the second time this week where a sale price is listed, and they say oh that's old or it's in the wrong place. I wanted to get the dogs kabob treats originally $11.99 on sale $9.99 she went back and said no it's in wrong spot. Sign clearly says kabobs! She said it's $11.99 now I didn't care about $2 but it's the point so I said no I don't want them. I won't be returning to this walgreens and I will let corporate know about the inconvience twice now

Friendly, helpful, fast service by most of the staff in the pharmacy. Brett, Katie, and Madison are ALWAYS phenomenal, I thank the 3 of you for your constant care and help for me and my family. (Every time I go there and I'm lucky enough to get atleast 1 of you 3---10 STARS FOR THE THREE). I'm sorry y'all always catch flack from people for things beyond your control that people just don't understand. Walgreen's needs to seriously consider security there with what goes on. I've seen things happening almost every time I go there. WALGREEN'S NEEDS TO STEP UP AND PROTECT THEIR PEOPLE AND THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUTRIGHT STEALING FROM THE STORE AND NOTHING IS DONE TO STOP IT OR DISCOURAGE IT!! OMG! GET IT RIGHT CORPORATE. YOU'RE FAILING EVERYONE. STEP UP AND DO WHAT'S RIGHT!

Any pharmacy that tells me that Augmentin, the most common antibiotic perhaps there is out there, is not covered by my insurance, which is the best there is, has no idea what's going on. Over and over I'm told my insurance doesn't cover something and every time not just once, EVERY time they are wrong. I also tire of the horrible instructions on the medicine, being out of medicines, and just their arrogant attitude in general. I give this pharmacy a HUGE F minus for a grade. I can't imagine how many people they are taking advantage of by saying their insurance doesn't cover.

I’ve been with this Walgreens since 2013. Even though I moved across town in 2017 and the Madison Ave one is closer now, I’ve stuck with this one, so I was very disappointed with how they handled my situation yesterday. I left the doctor after receiving a positive covid test. Terrible headache, coughing so hard my body aches, nauseous, the works. Discharge papers recommend 3 different vitamins to take. I decide to call and see if they might could pull them with my prescriptio
