I went through the pharmacy drive thru and the tech was super nice and even gave my dog a treat. I also spoke to Chad by phone before I transferred my prescription to see if they had it and would be able to get it, he was super helpful and nice. This was my 1st time there and it was a great one! They are open until 8p.m., not sure about weekends.

I use both Etowah and Athens on Madison Ave. The one in Etowah is straight up pharmacy and OTC pharmacy type things ans some toiletries

Just appalled with this place after today. The tall blonde cashier in photo is one of the rudest Customer service representative I have ever dealt with. The other associates and what I am certain was the manager on duty seem to not care about the way she spoke to customers and popped off like she was a street thug.Not only my incident but while I was waiting for my order and mind to helping another customer, she was also yelling at a fellow coworker across the store about what they needed to do. Just wow and rude again. Not ok. Ever.I believe what is the most shocking is how quickly her extreme rude demeanor showed when attempting to help her since she was clueless about what was possible in photo. She just wanted to argue. Really??? Wow. Bravo. She was not only rude but incapable of finding orders and lack of knowledge of product also. Maybe know how to do your job then if you don't want help.Someone with that type of character should not be dealing with customers!! Especially face to face.My attempts to call back and discuss the awful situation with a manager was a bust because she was the one to answer the phone... Still far from friendly and helpful. Not today Paige. So Google review it is Walgreens...It's sad that employees with this attitude are tolerated. Not only speak to customers that way but their fellow employees as well. She clearly showed to not just be having a bad day but this was her way of providing "quality customer service". No thank you Walgreens on Madison. I'll never be back.

I have received other customers medications by accident. have been given the incorrect medications for myself and on numerous occasions, I have been provided with syringes that cannot be used to administer my medication. If you choose this Walgreens you need to check your medications before leaving the drive thru as if you have ordered fast food.

While I like Walgreens in general, this one has a cashier that kept pushing me about going to church. I go to Walgreens for supplies not to get preached to. They need to teach their cashiers to accept no as an answer and drop it.

Pharmacy staff is super helpful, they went above and beyond to helpe get the best price on my meds, and all on top of being busy and 10 min to close. Store is clean, and fully stocked.
