Extremely useless personnel.If it’s not a sale deal, these mfs will give you the cold shoulder and pass you onto the representative from another country that can’t speak English. Just so they won’t deal with you. Waste of space and time.Extremely disappointed!!!

They do a pretty good job but I think his name was Justin that helped me we finally figured it out it took like 2 hours but he was patient and finally figured it out because it was a problem that wasn’t his fault

Ok, it's stressful to come to a cellular store. In my case, it's usually a real or perceived crisis and I'm not at my own best. Like other places in Athens and Tennessee small towns, the folks here are super friendly and helpful. Imagine being in this stressful environment all day and still being cheerful! With apologies to Kipling, "You're a better man than I am, Gunga Din!" I'll go out of my way to come to THIS Verizon store because of my experiences here compared with other stores. Maybe that's just me?

Purchased a prepaid data plan and a hotspot here. Tech took it up on himself to input dummy information for the account and failed to offer a receipt. Now trying to add funds it's impossible to do online... I have to go to store to add funds..

I did not know what plan we were on or what charger to have for these iPhones. We weren't told which plan we were on or that are we would get the charger but not the wall charger to put it in. However all in all it was pretty good to be back with Verizon again.

Customer service is awful, sales rep sold us a business internet box , lied to us that it’s unlimited, we got charged $300 extra for going over limit , went back to resolve issue , they said only way to fix it is to get a second box to avoid running out of internet , and they’ll wave the extra charge , we payed for second box , the amount never got waved , so we finally said we’re done and brought both boxes back and dropped them off to return them to avoid charge , one month later , we get a bill for $1700 , they said we got charge for the boxes since they never got returned, manager and sales rep are super rude, and they have both of our packages, they said to call customer service it’s not their job, I’m in contact with corporate to resolve this issue , they’re scamming customers out of money and selling lies, this is ridiculous how verizon allows them to do that , plz avoid this location.. and check the reviews below , we’re not the only ones being scammed out of money

I've had my phone almost 2 weeks. Cellular service on it still doesn't work at most places. But they've been working on it.update: new phone would NOT work at my house (old one does and it's 5G that decreased to 4G to work at my house), changed SIM card, reset phone twice, changed to different phone (same kind). been on phone with help desk several times. still NOT working. I took it back and had my old phone reactivated.very frustrating. I was told, did I move (no, live in same place for 30+ years), was told that 5G is NOT in my area, I know that but old phone changes to 4G in my area (new phone would not), was told that they are working on cell towers (old phone works here) and everyone else in the family's phone is working. did I say, this is VERY frustrating.thanks for nothing Verizon.

It's a nice store, but the customer service is awful. We go in wanting to buy phones, internet, and the whole outfit but couldn't get anyone to help us after 15 minute wait. Ridiculous!!!
