I paid for 2 day delivery. My package was to be delivered on Wednesday. Tracking shows it’s been there since Wednesday. On Thursday I drove to the ups location to see if I could get it, after my tracking says running late with no new date given. Guy behind the counter says they haven’t unloaded the trailers and that they won’t until Monday, therefore he can’t help me. That’s 5 days past my delivery date, yet my package is literally at their location. If you haven’t unloaded the trailer, then how is it that my package was scanned to show it arrived. Guess it’s some UPS magic.

This UPS is lagging so badly customer service if they do Not figure it out. UPS will lose some serious money I have never in my entire life had the deal with Such careless, irresponsible and lack of empathy. As far as customer service they have lost a very expensive package. And yet I have not been able to talk with anybody at this location in five days track the driver or even get an email back anything you have to call the one 800 number and go to claim process because it’s pretty much impossible to get To talk with anybody at this location worst UPS ever

I ordered a pair of shoes and when the driver tried dropping it off I not the box was tore open and it had some socks in it not shoes and the driver said I could send it back as damaged so I refused to accept it

They are the most sorriest people I've ever dealt with. They won't answer the phone only open two hours and won't deliver my package.

Again, our package was chucked over our fence. We have a large plastic box for for packages with a 2ft x 2ft sign ( with pictures ) and our stuff was thrown over the fence for our great danes to find. This has happened more than once. They suck!!! -5 stars.

Needed to have a package delivered. Was told by Amazon that UPS could scan the label off of my phone. The very unhelpful jerk behind the counter said he couldn't do it. He didn't seem interested in trying to help me at all.It doesn't help that they shortened the hours their customer service center is open.Useless company. I thought the post office was bad.

UPS is a joke. As the saying goes, 'Everything rises and falls on leadership'; if UPS doesn't get new top leadership who will manage and grow this company to be the best instead of the worst, it is only a matter of time.

I deal with UPS quite a lot and they are always very helpful. The evening customer counter clerk, Evan, who is always there is always so helpful and friendly. It makes for a good day, to be able to stop in and have a pleasant conversation with someone while picking up your packages. The Holidays there are insane, yet Evan is always pleasant, and willing to help! Too often customer service goes by the wayside when folks get busy. These folks don’t let that happen!Brian in Athens

Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I have the misfortune of having ups deliver a package, there’s always an issue, they leave a note saying they missed me, even on days when I am there and they didn’t bother to knock. I always find myself going to access point drop off locations, or get told I have to come into a delivery facility to retrieve my package, then get thrown around a loop and call the place only to find out the package is “on its way” yet again, meaning it won’t arrive, and I’ll go through the same bs the next day. Ups management is incompetent and I will make sure to opt out of them for shipping from now on, to go with fedex or usps.

The ups drivers that are there getting their vehicles worked on are rude. Not only that but you can hear them making crude jokes and swearing. They seem to forget that even though they are getting service done on their work vehicle that they are still in uniform.The young man at the register seemed very new and nervous. I really got the impression that he was put behind the register with little to no training. I hope he gets the training he needs as he appeared to just want to walk out.
