I just wanted to say thank you to this UPS location. I really needed a package and they went out of their way to help me. I appreciate the kindness and good customer service!

They were able to take my return package without me having to go to Cleveland. Only drawback is they are only open 5:00pm to 6:30 pm for actual customer service.

They probably deliver over 1 million packages out of this location every year and you hear about the <1% that have a problem.
