After more than an hour, and no promise of help coming, we called Courteous Towing, Curtis arrived within 15-20 minutes, changed the tire, followed us to the nearest tire store, stayed with us for a time while tire was being replaced, He was a truly considerate, caring man at a time when we were a little more than frustrated and flustered.
