Mixed feelings to be honest. People are friendly and everything works well enough. Will let you go through twice if needed. Only issue I’ve had that really got me was them not canceling my subscription when I asked resulting in me being charged for two months that went unnoticed until the start of the second month.

I bought a new 2024 Kia Seltos, I’ve had the vehicle about 3 weeks. Second time I drove it through their wash I got a chip on the top of my hood and some scratches on my drivers side taillight. I assume the scratches on the taillight are from one of the employees brushing my taillight inadequately. I do not recommend anyone bringing any car they don’t want chipped or scratched. I also have a 2021 Jetta that I have used this car wash for, didn’t have a problem. What I do have a problem with is when I filed a “claims” report and spoke to David about the damage his car wash did to my brand new vehicle. Not a hello, how are you. He looked at the spots and said, “ my car wash wouldn’t do that to your vehicle, let me explain how my car wash works”. DAVID, I DONT CARE HOW YOU CAR WASH WORKS!! Your car wash damaged my new 2024 ride and you took zero responsibility for it. I will let everyone I know of my experience with your “car wash”. Your lack of responsibility and accountability is nothing but GREED AND ARROGANCE. I HOPE YOU HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE. Better yet I hope your business ventures treat you as you treat your customers.

Just paid $26 for a car wash…the front isn’t even clean…still has stuff all over the hood, lights and grill. What’s the point of paying someone to stand outside and brush those parts if they don’t even care to bother to do their job right?? I will say the vacuums are still more powerful than the other place up the road. My granddaughter loves the lights…there’s your two stars.

No cash...card only. Bought the most expensive wash package. $30. Backs of side mirrors were still dirty and several missed places on the trim. Windows were nice and clean.

Recently moved from Florida and let me say due to my lack of access to power washing and detailing my own car I was looking for a good car wash to help me maintain my car and let me tell you tidal wave auto spa lives up to the name now I know it’s now a $300 detail but for the $40 sign on for the first month for the graph x4 wash it does a magnificent job. The attendants do an outstanding job as well. I have recommended my family and friends and we all now come here.

Just like the other car wash’s they are charging $30 also I’m not sure why the cost is like this in Athens but in other areas your looking at $15-20 . The equipment is new and work better then others but eventually it will need updating also.

This is the best car wash I’ve ever used. And the employees go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I didn’t catch all the employees names. Josh and Brittany hats off to you 2. You guys are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up tidal wave!!!

Best car wash in town! Husband signed up first with new truck and it keeps it looking new so I signed up today. Friendly staff and even though there was a line got thru fast.

Brittany helped me figure out which package they offer best suited what I was looking for, for my vehicle. Was very helpful and kind. A couple of young gents also gave my vehicle a pretty good prewash before i went through the auto wash. Vehicle came out cleaner than most drive thru carwashs ive been to. My only complaint is its super hard to see the entrance.Services: Polishing
