I bought a brand new Kangvape from them yesterday & even tried it out in the store. It worked perfectly fine until this morning. Now it’s completely dead/out & I maybe hit it 10 times. I’ve tried calling the store , but they picked it up once and hung it back up. Very disappointed in the staff.

For months I've asked numerous times why their gas pump takes 15 minutes to fill my tank and they don't really seem to care or do anything about the slow pumps. I'm going to go next door to BP

This is forewarning to all lotto players. I had a bitter experience with the owner. I bought several tickets here and the last one was +270 after cost but this didn't count the previous tickets I purchased. I took the winner up to get some of my cash back and the owner says YOU GIVE ME TIP! I'm shocked ? like are you serious? Because I'm still in the negative! Then she's like no money after I just spent $$! Then its take it somewhere else! As a lotto retailer they get 6.5% of all sales! I didn't see her offering to split the cost of the ticket or the losing tickets! On top of this when I was trying to get tickets she ignored me and the other nice attendant who was helpful. The nice attendant went home. If I had won big it would have been her I tipped. The owner does treat some customers well as I seen her be extremely smiling friendly with the postman that came in and didn't even charge him for his items. If you do choose to play Scratch off here beware of required tip ask. I think if they picked the right ticket for you that might be different too. It should be optional! ALSO not a store owner just sets a bad example. Lotto is available to all so I feel the owner should buy her own tickets and not come across petty. Also should keep the funds available if you are going to maintain lotto retailer status

I had to ask several times to finally get the attention of the attendees. The attendee who was helpful and nice took the time to say bye as they left. It was the last ticket I had purchased that was finally not a loser. Upon taking it to the counter the mgr/owner looks at it said "You Give Me Tip!" I replied "What " "She said you give me $20 tip!" WHEN I DIDN'T SAY YES! SHE SAID TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE! A couple of things here. It was a $30 ticket. She didn't help pick it out or pay for it + help pay for the numerous losers! TIPS ARE OPTIONAL & ABOVE $500 PROFITS [ STORE OWNER GETS 6.5% OF ALL LOTTO SALES] TN LOTTO GUIDELINES ARE PUBLIC & ALL RETAILERS ARE TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES.. If the owner wants to require a tip then all participants should request she start paying half of the cost all losing tickets. I will say I observed the owner be extremely smiling friendly with off duty male post office worker and he received a tip for the day as she didn't charge him anything. I am writing this review to let all fellow #lotto #scratchoff #InstantWin #players know so if they do choose to play here what to expect. I had played here before and it never happened until now. If I won big or even $1500 then I could see expecting a tip. Not when they know you have spent more than you won back! Then refuse to pay out its bad business.

I have been going here for over two years and the customer service is the best. The owner Roma takes great care of me. I am in a wheelchair and they always pump my gas and they put my bags in my car for me. They even take my wheelchair out of my car and they put it back in for me. They have a wide variety of hot meals and you can call in your order and they will have it ready when you get there. It's one of the cleanest gas station I have been in. Patty the morning cook is so helpful and always has a smiling face. They know you by name and very safe and clean place.

The Indian girl that works there changes the price every time she's working on the same product I buy every day. Bad services from her some days, friendly on other days. Will catch owner when I can. But, she does lie.

Went in tonight needing a product. Got accused of stealing my first trip in tonight. My second trip she was being very racist towards me and wouldnt let me see the front of a product just the price. I dont understand what the whole problem was but i needed to make sure i was buying the correct product since the price was 40 dollars. She was very rude when i asked to see the front she had a attitude and asked me why i needed to see the front of the package that all i needed to see was price before i bought it. Very disappointed in the service there. Very bad customer service. I will not be back. No cashier who is working customer service should not be working as a cashier if they are racist never have i had such a bad experience like i have tonight.
