Apparently the manager doesn't know a employee is bullying a new employee giving the new employee tests which IS FLAT WRONG AND DISCRIMINATION i wouldn't recommend a promotion to the bully. She needs to get a life and stop bullying new staff members and giving them tests. Hopefully the employee will learn to quit being a huge bully. I'm against bullying cause I was bullied. If management sees this you need do something to stop bullying and employees giving tests unannounced in a work place setting it wrong for just employees to give new employees tests.

Super friendly staff and very helpful and oh my goodness so knowledgeable. One of the women dropped what they were doing to help my mother find everything she needed and even took the time to guide her through the process. Definitely going back for all our hair needs!

I’m giving this a 5, but as I read some reports saying how terrible the product is or whatever maybe you should learn how to do your hair? Youtube is always an option, hun. Learn the difference between toner and bleach too. There is such thing as reading the label before buying it. Overall most of the customers are just dumb ash and need better education. You should’ve taken cosmetology when you had the chance in hs, but the store is a nice place. Got my hair bleach there and it worked fabulously. Yeah some employees may be rude but most of the times I’ve been there they’ve been nice. Except that one time they practically threw the change at my mom. ? do not do that again please and thank you thats why the store gets bad reviews cause of some of the employees lack of respect. Anyway to sum it all up, sometimes it’s not the employees it’s the customers fault. Educate yourself and be a better person don’t let your anger out on people who you don’t even know just makes their day worst. Take a deep breath and go on with life.

sally’s is not where it’s at. they have messed my hair up thinking they know what they are talking about each time buying everything separately. i called back to make sure i was doing each step correctly got my hair yellow and now it’s back to brown because of the extra things i “had to have” for it to be white and now it’s back to brown. so thank you sally’s for nothing also they have done the same thing to my grandmother. got everything they said to get done everything correctly. and yet. SALLYS NEEDS PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. PERIOD.

I had the best experience in there today with an associate named Deidra "DEEDEE". I came in looking for something and she met me before I could even ask and knew exactly what I needed. Answered all my questions about some other products I was interested in. She was so pleasant.

They selection is great however the employee that was there was rude. She started out by telling my 4 year old not to touch the hairbrush unless she was going to buy it. She said I have no money so she told her to just put it up. We decided to leave and as we walked out she’s still fussing about the hairbrush and continued to do so until we were well outside. I will not be going back for someone to treat a child like that.
