I'm an Employee of another parts store that didn't have in stock the parts I needed so I checked with O O'Reilly's and they had my parts. Now at the parts store where I am employed I get a 20,% discount on most anything and I told the counter man and he said he would match my price and he did. So cheers to O'Reilly's

I went in to have the battery and check engine light looked at. A associate named Jason acted annoyed he had to check the light. Then when he did check it he muttered some words and just walked away back inside. I went in behind him and he just started helping someone else at the counter. I threw my hands up. I just left. He didn’t even check the battery. I would have bought a new one if I needed to. I get that some people like cars and like car parts but your job is customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The guy that waited on me was super nice, well mannered and got the parts I needed quickly and I was out of there in a matter of a couple minutes! Didnt catch his name or I would mention him by it.
