Tried to do Walmart plus for the first time for 10 cents off. Tried asking the cashier who was on her cell phone how to do it. She told me punch it in the keypad, which was asking for a number. Everytime I tried to ask about it, I was ignored. Finally I gave up trying and typed in my phone number. I asked for corporate’s number from another employee which she walked inside and the woman was still loudly talking on the cell phone. I left and came back ten mins later asking for her name, to which her response was “no because you’re going to call corporate.” Then she tells me that she wasn’t on the phone and denied ignoring me. I demanded a name which she tells me she’s a manager and corporate won’t do anything because they can hear me cussing at this point. Then tells me she’s allowed to have her cell phone to her ear while not talking to anyone on it and getting customers. Later walks outside behind me to scream at me about dealing with a death and I’m trying ruin things for her. Definitely not gonna bother with Walmart plus anymore after this, let alone even come back to that store if they believe management like that is acceptable.

I have been coming here since it opened. The staff, especially Jamie, are so customer conscious and go above and beyond typical customer service duties. Where you all get your managers from is another story. They are nice but unprofessional and I often hear managers talking to employees and guests about other employees ain a derogatory manner. They should be leading a team not putting employees against each other. You have another temporary manager in from Cleveland and she is again not Murphy caliber. She waits on customers but that's all. The store is filthy when she works. No coffee made other machines are empty too. But she definitely knows how to take care of her phone.

Typically come to get gas here a couple times a week. They have the best prices around. Unfortunately they only get 3 stars because the times listed is wrong and it's hard to find a pump most times no matter the time of the day.

I've been going A lot more in the past couple of months must be NEW Management, I LOVE going into A store and feeling WELCOME and that's just how you feel when you walk into That store NOW!!! The lady Britney ALWAYS makes you feel like your SPECIAL, The entire staff ALWAYS greets you when you enter the Store and they ALWAYS Thank you and invites you back!!! It's NICE to feel that way!!! So Thank you Britney, Jamie, Seth and the rest of your Staff for the kindness and friendliness, it doesn't go unnoticed!!!

I have experienced Murphy gas stations from lakelnd Florida, all the way to Michigan. This murphy is the best one of them all, they got the best crew, best gas, best bathroom, and the best customers.

I came in on 10/18/22 and the gentleman working named Jamie was super helpful. My wife and I had a remarkable conversation with him that we both truly needed. He's a great guy and even better employee! He truly made our visit great! Thank you Jamie! May God bless you and be with you always!

I forgot to put my gas cap on and left. I went back and the girl actually walked around and tried to help me find it. Not there but it was a locking cap and I have the KEYS. MAYBE someone will turn it in.!!??Madisonville..never had a problem there!
