Called them about tires for my car she said they were out of stock. Then she called me back and told me she found two tires for me. I showed up and they got them changed in minutes. Very nice and friendly service.

My appointment was at 10am. I had sat back in the waiting room until 12:07pm. I went up front. My car was parked in the same spot right in front of the door. The manager and man who signed me in were standing there just talking. I asked did you guys forget about me. Of course they looked clueless. They got me in. They were finished at 1:38pm from a 10am appointment for an alignment. It and two tires were $283. I think you should refund part of that due to the fact I sat in a waiting room for 2 hours and seven minutes with the manager and staff clueless. It was a terrible experience!!!

I took a tire that had a screw in it to Matlock tire after I took it to another tire store already and they told me I needed a new tire. So I decided to go to Matlock tire service to get a second opinion and to my amazement Matlock tire was able to fix it for me!! They saved me $300 for a new tire. It’s nice to know that Matlock tire is not after your money. They earned my trust and I will definitely go to them again.

Picked up something in a tire last weekend. I knew that it would be a repair or possibly a replacement but the biggest stress to me was going somewhere to get it taken care of. I went to Matlock Tire, on a Monday, was greeted and checked in as soon as I made it through the door. They had the repair done and I was on my way quicker than I expected. Made the experience somewhat relaxing. Always have gotten good service there.

Had a great, personal experience at Matlock Tire as I inquired about new tire pricing for my Flex. Hannah and Tammy made the selection, purchase and installation of a new set of tires smooth. They were familiar with brand and ordered my tires and the installation went well. I would definitely recommend Matlock Tire.

Everyone is extremely nice. Nobody ignores you, even the technicians when they pass you. My car was there for both sets of brakes, and was in and out in 2 hours. I’m always pleased with their service. I don’t know why I ever went anywhere else, and I won’t make that mistake again.

We had just finished watching a college soccer game and were traveling back to Knoxville when our oil light came on. Although it was nearly quitting time, the Athens Matlock facility welcomed us like family and immediately made the repairs. The town of Athens is blessed to have a friendly, honest, and professional auto service center! Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Excellent service and caring employees!! We were in town from Mississippi and getting our transmission rebuilt when we found out we had a tire issue. They got our truck in, fixed, and safe to travel in less than 30 mins!! The real mind blowing thing was they did it for free!! Ty to you amazing folks at Matlock Tire!! You will always have our future business when we are nearby!!

The best service! After contacting another tire shop in Athens and being quoted significantly higher and I was told it would take 2 hours to get my tire on, I decided to call Matlock and I'm so glad I did. The price was affordable, the staff was super friendly, they let me know what the issue was with my old tire (nail) and they had my new tire on in 15 minutes! Having a tired toddler with me made this a huge help to get it done and get her home. I know who to call next time I need anything with my tires!

Since moving to TN in 2002, I have relied on the locals to lead me to the most reliable people and companies to provide services to me. I was told about Matlock Tire and Auto Services by several of them. Since then I have only used Matlock for my auto needs. Their service and quality is only surpassed by their willingness to go that extra mile for senior citizens like myself(77). I know when I get there, I will always get the best service, quality and price without having to worry. Thanks to all the members of Matlock.

Always kind, quick, and thorough. Best to go to BMW for runflats, special services, etc., but for general repairs like signal lights, they are perfect. I imagine they are amazing for all things domestic.The waiting room was a nice surprise, with rockers and restrooms right there.
