Came in needing in-stock flooring, the lady pulled everything they had in-stock for the color range I was looking for. I was in and out of the store within 20 mins - quick easy and VERY AFFORDABLE. On top of that the customer service was great. Worth the hour drive and I will be buying from them again in the future!

Wow! Two weeks later and I'm still thinking about the wonderful experience. Great price, large selection and unbeatable service. Amy was super friendly and the service dept was loading my product faster the I could write a check.

Needed some new flooring to go into my basement after a water leak. Started at a "big box store" and ended up at Madison's because the store we were going to purchase from initially didn't have enough stock. Turned out for the best. Heath is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Madison' Carpet Outlet for all your flooring needs!

We had picked out the vinyl floor we wanted in each room. Someone came to our home to measure our rooms and was supposed to get back with us soon with estimates. Here we are now several weeks out and nothing. Numerous calls made and cannot get a return call. Seeing that we’re having to live out of our den, we’ve had to find another contractor.

I can’t say enough about Madison Carpet! From our first visit there, till our carpet was installed, every experience was positive. They were very patient with us, as it took a while to make up our minds! And the team who handled the installation was amazing! They exceeded our expectations.
