I've used several times been very satisfied however this time I filed and paid 75.00 got my papers to mail saying I owed irs on hundred something dollars only to get letter from irs saying I owed almost 2,000.00 so paid them for not filling my out correctly.

Very,very disappointed retuning customers.We used the scheduling service and when we showed up at are appointed time they did not have us on the schedule. To make matters worse, the two experienced tax prepares took 4 people ahead of us that arrived after we did. We waited an hour before leaving.

Everyone was super sweet and kind! They were pretty busy for being a little understaffed, but I was able to get in and out pretty quickly.

been going there for about 5 yrs after being lied to will not go back after sitting in thier office for over a hour to be told we couldn't get the holiday refund but yet I'm getting emails saying I can smh me and my wife won't be back for filling our taxes there we will go somewhere else even if I have to do them myself
