I have shopped here for years but I have been disappointed lately because produce goes bad in a few days. I have bought apples that are bad in the middle. I usual get pink lady apples but last week bought honey crisp because they were cheaper. This week the pink lady apples were cheaper than the honey crisp. I had to buy the more expensive honey crisp because the pink lady's were going bad. Hence the reduction in price. Also lately the ground beef has been gray in middle. Maybe they need to cut back on some ordering.

To say that This supermarket has impressive operating standards is an understament. The actual store management and its staff were all exceptional at customer service. From the moment you walk in you are received with smiles and a friendly welcome. The produce area and florist are upfront and center and are full of fresh beautiful flowers and fresh perfectly organized produce. The salad bar was clean fresh full of a variety of item and very inviting. The gelato (Italian ice cream) was magnifico! Delicioso! You can try for free all the flavor you desire! Actually you are able to sample any item on the sandwich deli or asian station as well. There is a large diversity of products ranging from old different cultures in the produce the grocery and the Frozen areas of the supermarket. If you are unable to find an item don't hesitate to stop any of the employees as they are all friendly and ready to help you out so don't be shy! Great staff, great food, great produce, This store is truly exeptional!

With a new big grocery chain in town, I still find myself coming back to Ingles. It's just my place. People recognize me and are so friendly, especially to my kids. I know where everything is and I can count on the quality. I love their selection of Boars Head at the deli counter, along with their gourmet cheese, and expansive selection of hummus. The produce is always clean and fresh, and I love that they have some already cleaned and cut. This is a huge service for those who are unable to cut and prepare their own fresh produce. (Elderly) The people at Starbucks are always smiling and helpful. I will continue to shop here!

A little overpriced but for a rural community not bad. Their chicken salad is amazing! Since another grocery store is coming to town they've updated the store with a facelift. Looks amazing! Starbucks inside is a nice caffeine fix.

Always clean and well maintained. I shop Ingles when ever I can. I travel a lot and they are consistent in what they stock.
