My car broke down a few days before Thanksgiving. I needed to get a rental to be with family 800 miles away. I didn't expect to be able to get one that close to a holiday. But there was several to choose from in Athens. I haven't rented a car in quite a few years. Made a quick call and had one reserved. When I picked up my car it only took about 10 minutes. Car was very clean. Blake and Freddie were very polite and friendly. They made my transaction simple and easy. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Next time I need a rental I will go here. Highly recommend!

I have never rented a car before. I was impressed. The Enterprise staff was courteous and dealt with my needs promptly and effectiently. They picked me up at the body shop, and picked up the rental car when I was done. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental to any one in their area who needs to rent a car.

They are a rip off. Charge three credit card 3 times in oneday. Tell you one thing and charge you something else. Don't use them they are crooks and I've got proof from my attorney and the fraud dept. For the credit cards so they are facing some serious problems

Brian and Josh at the Athens rental shop are two of the best gentlemen I have had the pleasure to deal with. I know I am just another customer, but I do frequent this Enterprise specifically. I have another that is closer, but because of the customer service I always go to their location. They ALWAYS find a way to make me feel like our business is personal. It is like dealing with close friends and they take care of me, my family I have sent there, and co-workers. I am proud that such customer satisfaction is still found this day and age. I love this shop!

I had a reservation to pick up a car. When I arrived at the location I was seen immediately. I was in the car and driving off the lot within ten minutes. Great experience.

Had an appointment to pickup car at 12:00 .arrived a few minutes before 12 doors locked . Called and was told they canceled my appointment. Drove an hour to get to enterprise/ now driving another hour to airport to Hertz

I paid to rent "a nissan versa or something SIMILAR". I an not sure how a Chevy spark is considered similar to a versa when it is half the size but that is the vehicle that was chosen for me. I told them the vehicle would not work because it was too small, I was traveling and needed space for my bags. They couldn't get me into any of the ACTUAL mide size sedans for whatever reason and I ended up having to pay almost double to rent an SUV
