I brought is in for something specific and they let me know a few other things they found that I knew existed. Discussed some options, made a plan and they worked hard to get me my vehicle back quick… and they did. Excited to bring my other car in to get these issues finally addressed where others tried and could not fix.”
“Don’t be fooled by the name! We just had our Jeep wrangler serviced and I can’t say enough about my experience! From a females perspective , sometimes going anywhere to get your car serviced can be intimidating! However, this was not the case! I am giving a 10 out of 10 from the beginning to the end! Everyone was knowledge about things that needed to be taken care of with the jeep to get it up to speed And I mean everyone! From the greeting upon entrance, checking on me during my time there, and each person who worked on it came out to tell what was going on from beginning to end. “Just want to say these guys are top notch! They made a bad situation very comfortable for us. Showed up towed our truck and trailer to their shop when we broke down. Made sure our trailer had power and water so we could stay in it. Checked in on us the next day helped us get propane. Couldn’t have ask for two better guys than Nathan and Jim they went above and beyond to make sure we were good. We were so thankful they were there. Randy and Tonya”

“I appreciate L&M for their honesty and fast work. I had an oil change done at a drive thru service and then my Jeep started over heating. I called L&M and they got me in right away. They could have charged me thousands and replaced thermostats and water pump but they didn't. Instead they figured out there was air in my radiator from the fluids being checked while they were too hot. They took care of the problem and only charged me the hourly fee. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great work L&M ?”

“If I could rate more stars I would! I was traveling to Knoxville for a family event when my car started acting crazy. I stopped in the closest town and got a diagnostic report, but needed immediate service for my car (Volvo). It was mid day on Saturday. I called and Mr. Camacho, agreed to look at the car. He assessed the problem, called for parts (had to drive to Knoxville), Drove me and my sisters to my family member's home, an hour away and then went back and fixed my car, then waited until I could return 7pm. I can't say enough about the service and attention we received. He explained everything to me and even showed me the bad parts. I don't usually have to deal with these issues, but I am so glad that I came across this honest business! I highly recommend!”
“My wife and I wound up not getting the car we test drove but the business deserves a 5 star review because of how well we were treated by the salesman Rob. He wasn’t pushy and showed us exactly what we could afford. He even gave us a price break down on the back of his business card. If we hadn’t found exactly what we We’re looking for in our price range at another dealership, we would’ve purchased from there. If I ever go to buy another car, I will keep them in mind.”

“Tim repaired an antique cast iron boot scraper that everyone else said couldn't be done ... and it looks amazing! Mine was a small job that didn't earn him a lot, and working with the brittle old iron was a recipe for cracking, but he treated the job with as much care and professionalism as he would have a Rolls Royce hood ornament and presented me with a beautifully welded scraper. So, thank you so much, Tim! P.S.—The cost was reasonable, and the staff were all super-friendly and courteous, too.”

“During our travel home from Thanksgiving we had a tire blowout and was stranded in Athens with 2 small children. These guys worked us in even with a staff shortage and busy schedule. “I stopped in there because I had a low tire that had a screw in it. They were very busy because apparently someone had some Nails out and caused a lot of other vehicles to need service but they got me taken care of so quickly. I was probably there maybe 30 minutes at most. The customer service was amazing! I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly! You guys are great!”
