The people in the store are very nice & helpful. However, when there they didn't appear to know what they had in stock. They told us they had the phone we wanted, then after waiting for their time-delayed safe to open it turned out they didn't. No big deal, they said we can order the phone & it would be in 2-3 days, but maybe a week. My wife's phone screen is broken, but still mostly functions so what is a few days wait to get the phone she wants? So we ordered & paid for the phone & they said they would text us when it came in. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I tried to call, but couldn't get through to the store after 15 min on hold, so I got rerouted twice to a remote customer service representative. I explained that I wanted to check if it had come in as we were leaving on vacation. The rep said she couldn't tell me if the phone arrived without my account pin. I was driving & didn't remember off the top of my head, so she couldn't tell me anything but if I went into the store they could tell me. That defeats the purpose of the call. I was told though that I couldn't pick up the phone at a different store because I already paid for it in Athens.Considering I already bought the phone & it was delayed in coming in due to stocking issues & general confusion, it seems that they could transfer a phone cost from one store to another to provide good customer service. Though, it seems they don't really know what they have in stock in the first place which seems like a systemic AT&T problem. Same with their corporate customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! Lied to us to get our business by saying " bring in your 1st bill and they would waive activation fees" according to corporate, fees are never waived except for aarp. 2nd issue, we waived insurance and they added it anyway. 3, store manager is beyond rude and disrespectful. Then we were informed if we paid our phones off, which we did immediately, they would unlock our phones. That was a week ago and still nothing. So turned it over to credit card company for deceptive practices. I guess we should have listened to the many coworkers who said not to deal with that store!!! Bright side, We Love T-mobile's team!!!

Horrible experience. Customer service was awful! This is the first review I’ve ever posted on Google before. I felt the need to share because of how bad the experience was. So bad I’m considering a completely different phone company because of it.

Not a fan of the company but the service at this location was great. The man we met with was professional and helped every step of the way. If you can get around customer service, go to this location instead!
