These guys are awesome.
I had an issue with my hemi engine and I have taken it to numerous auto shops and 2 dealerships that could not figure out the issue and said they never had the code that was appearing in my computer.
Athens auto logics technician was able to locate and rectify this issue in a timely and affordable fashion.
Not only did they repair the issue but the mechanic came out and described the situation he found and what he did to fix it as well as show me the electrical diagram where he located the issue.
I would highly recommend using this shop because good shops and very qualified technicians are hard to find these days.
You can also tell their quality by the appearance of their shop, they take pride in every aspect of their business and clients.

Let's be real, I'm a girl and we know how people treat women at auto shops. Jim was great, never condescending, never tried to upsell, talked to me like any other human being. Went for an alignment and balance and rotation, and was in and out. I suggest making an appointment for service. Will be our go to shop from here on out (and yes I've been to the other 2 "major" ones in town and will NEVER go back to them.

Before I write my review, I wanted to put it out there that I am a former F-16 aircraft mechanic and I have high and unforgiving standards when it comes to mechanics and the work they do. So with that being said, these guys are excellent! Their customer service is outstanding and so far their work is impeccable.
However, most importantly, they are honest. This last time I took my truck in, I was relatively sure I needed rear breaks due mostly to the squeaking I kept hearing when I applied the breaks.
Long story short, Jim called me and said that my breaks had quite a bit of life in them and therefore he did not feel like they needed changing. Jim discussed some things with me and we ultimately decided that he would have his guys check everything and clean them.
Reality is, I would have had no way of knowing whether or not I needed the breaks. And before you think, "well they would have to show you the old the pads" they could easily show old pads from anywhere, so that arguement is moot.
I recommend these before you try anyone else. I would feel comfortable sending anyone to them. Their work and their integrity are second to none! Their customer service is also amazing.
Finally, a big shout out to Matlock Tire Service & Auto Repair for recommending these guys. I have needed them several times over the last couple of years.

This place is awesome! They fit you in the schedule conveniently and Jim at the front desk is very nice and friendly! I like that I can drop off and receive my car back same day within a few hours unlike most shops that wanna keep your vehicle for up to a week! Will definitely be coming back for future services when needed.

Just a short review to share my initial experience, which is why I would return again. They couldn't help me. I was in a hurry and had a newly installed a/c in my car that wasn't working. They assessed it quickly, gave me enough information to return to my shop at home, and we're very careful not to give a price or labor estimate because of all of the variables involved. It was a really professional approach and I respect their opinion even more because of it.

Yelp doesn't show the proper location for the shop I went to - 1626 Highway 30 EastAthens, TN 37303. I got a low tire pressure warning so I stopped to get air added to make it home. They got me in immediately and checked/added air as needed. I'll be back to have it checked when I have more time. It was fast and free!
