United Community Bank, which bought out another bank at this location, advertises that "you will enjoy convenient access to your personal or business accounts at any of our branches, online or..." This is far from the truth, especially for anyone who travels or spends time away from a branch location. While the staff at my (Ashland City) branch are kind and well-intended, I have had several issues. I attempted to deposit a check once at the Kingston Springs branch drive-thru, but they wouldn't deposit it because "they didn't know me." At the Ashland City branch, my wife and I prepared a Power of Attorney (POA) so that she could renew a CD in both of our names while I was working out of town. When the time came, the bank refused to honor the POA even though it had been notarized by a branch officer. The final straw came when we purchased a car for use at our second home in Wisconsin. The bank refused to wire the funds to the dealer unless we physically came into the bank -- something I had never experienced. If I could have physically come into the bank, I wouldn't have needed a wire transfer. Fortunately, we had accounts in two other banks which had no problem wiring the funds we needed. I plan on closing my account at this bank and moving the funds to a more user-friendly institution.

Got to meet a new employee who is extremely friendly and helpful. I have found that most of the employees are friendly and willing to help at all times..

I've been a customer since it opened as Community Bank &Trust. It was a wonderful bank, that truly cared abt each individual customers needs& had excellent customer service. Every time it changed hands it has become increasingly worse.Under United Community Bank it's just another corporate bank that only cares abt profits. The woman head of customer service is rude & acts like she's doing you a favor. I'd change banks but now they're all corporate bank left to do business with. I truly miss the service I received when it was Community Bank&Trust when it was privately owned.

After changing bank names yet again they cancelled my “reliant bank” debit card without notifying me and before I got a new card and left me stranded at work with no way to access my own money. Changing banks ASAP.

Was a trustworthy bank while it was CB&T but now it has changed names and faces so many times it is unrecognizable from any big bank. Impossible to reach anyone by phone unless the automated customer service counts. It has become evident that the big banks who have bought out CBT do not care at all about customer satisfaction and only are only worried about profits.

The Ashland City location was great when it was Community Bank & Trust but now that they have been bought out by Reliant it is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. Very annoying for someone who was used to years of good service and now dealing with a faceless corporation. No personal touch left.

I would not recommend Reliant Bank to anyone especially for a construction loan. They are not trust worthy.

Their mobile app. Is super. Easy to transfer money from acct. to acct. and has a great bill pay. Just takes me seconds to pay all my bills. Easy to set up and will pay your bills automatically so you will never be late or forget to pay one. Additionally, the people in Ashland City branch, where I bank, are wonderful people and will handle any problem you may have with a smile on their face. Great people to work with.
