My mom lives here but the rent went up so much she won't be able to afford to stay. Sad greed is everywhere.

I wish they would do something for the yards like new grass ! .Maintenance people running around acting like they are police. I suppose though they have to do that to keep things looking nice. Kind of like a HOA does. It is a nice looking complex but in some areas muddy and sparse grass as in any complex.
