Do not go to this nail salon if you want customer service they have none. I just sit there why six other people behind me got taken to chairs and got Service and I am left sitting there then they sent me to sit at a station and somebody comes by and files my nails and then still no service. I got up and left poor Horrible, horrible service

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
First, making an appointment was difficult as they simply told us to come in without taking our names, despite us asking twice. When we arrived, we had to wait for 44 minutes before one of us was attended to, while the other waited an additional 20 minutes.
The pricing was unclear, and we had trouble understanding what was included in each service. Only two options were offered, and when I inquired about the $50 deluxe service, I was told it included a stone massage, towel wrap, massage, and pedicure scrub to remove dead skin. However, none of these were provided during the pedicure. The towel wrap was just a cold towel laid over both legs, and the entire pedicure lasted only 20 minutes, shorter than our wait time.
Moreover, the place was very unsanitary. They didn't use separate packages for tools, so there was no way to know if they had been sanitized. After scrubbing the bottom of my feet, the technician rinsed the tool in the same water my feet were soaking in. Additionally, they grabbed towels from a communal basket without any indication if they were clean or dirty.
Overall, the service was subpar, and I felt we received a basic pedicure despite paying for the deluxe option. The lack of hygiene practices was also concerning. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on this experience.

I took my kids to get their toes painted and to get myself a pedicure and a full set. They gave my kids gel polishes on their toes without asking fine pricier ok. We went home they did no playing fell asleep and woke up and half the polishes on my oldest was gone. Then today my other 2 daughter showering hers comes off. How does gel polish just come off like that?? It doesn’t if it was done right. Complete waste of $60 for polish not even last a day. Spent a total of 2.5hrs there most of the time waiting though we were one of the first people through the door. Then my pedicure wasn’t done correctly either. I would not recommend this place and we will definitely never be going back there again.

I was out of town and just was walking in and they did an amazing job so sad they are not close to where I actually live but I know where I'll go when I'm in Tennessee thank you so much nails Deluxe hope I see you soon

Manicure excluded soaking the nails, no cuticle remover or softener, and pushing the cuticles back with cuticle spoon, completely dry. Pain was excruciating and the tech merely laughed. Finger, palms or forearm massage was not performed. The tech explained "nail polish won't stay on, if cuticle remover is used." Huh? My routine Nail Salon located in a different city, properly performs all aspects of manicure and nail polish stays on for one week. I would not recommend and will not be back. Furthermore, Nails Deluxe charges alot more for Mani / Pedi. Also, their massage chairs are not comfortable.

I do not recommend this salon. I got gel on my toes last week. Not even 24 hours after, the paint completely came off of one toe. I went the next day to get this fixed- the ladies were nice & fixed it. I showed where other spots were already lifting, but was told it will be okay and I was sent on my way. I’m now barely a week out from this $60 service and several toenails are completely without gel. I have had many gel pedicures in the past and, minimum, the gel lasts 3 weeks. I also noticed while getting my pedicure that the tools they use go back in one canister and used on the next person… without sanitizing. Yuck. Hoping I don’t get a fungus out of this fiasco. Not a great experience. She smudged my left great toe and tried to cover up instead of redoing it. Polish came off the very next day. Not worth 35$Service: Pedicure

My husband and I stopped here as part of my birthday celebration weekend. We are from out of town and found the option for walk ins very convenient. Both of us enjoyed our pedicures immensely and extra care was taken with me as a birthday bonus. I cannot recommend this location enough. A fast, friendly, quality business!Service: Pedicure

Went as soon as doors opened and was seated for a pedi. Feet soaked in water for over an hour before the pedi actually began. What a waste of time. Zero nail clipping or cuticle trimming and honestly thank god since I could see all the tools in a bin on the cart without an autoclave bag, likely used from client to client. Cheese grater thing used for callus removal was shaken into my dirty foot water to remove skin and thrown back onto the cart for future use. EXTREMELY unsanitary on the most fundamental level. Then to top everything, the polish job wasn’t even good and my 8yo niece could’ve done a better job (polish lumpy and uneven and all over my surrounding skin). This dude didn’t even try. 100% would never go back or recommend this place. Drive the 30min into Nashville and avoid getting a fungal infection.
