Mrs. Melissa was amazing. She explained all the tax rules for this years taxes. I was very upset and crying my visit as I had to pay in. She was calm and took her time and stay an hour past her out time just to make me feel comfortable. She was a 10. I will be going back to her next year and the years to come. Jackson Hewitt Melissa is Amazing!!
