I had my taxes done here for the last 3 years. This year the IRS contacted me, and I've been trying for TWO MONTHS to talk to a human being at H&R Block. The couple of times I've reached a person, they've given me a song and dance and said someone would call me back. NOBODY CALLS BACK. I'm now in the process of reporting them to the BBB now. This company has lost me as a client. Forget about their help after they get your money.

I had my taxes done here for 2020 taxes, the preparer Dale filed wrong information on my taxes about stimulus money that I did NOT need to file. In return for him doing this, IRS flagged my return & said it would be 10 weeks until I either got my refund or a letter from them. When I called the office, they found the problem but said there was nothing they could do. I had even paid for the piece of mind as well as over $300 to have a very SIMPLE return done. They didn’t offer to file an amended return nor to not charge me the money for having them done, which on their website or their main office said they should of with their guarantee. I filed a complaint against them at the main headquarters. Some of them in this office have NO business doing taxes if they can screw up super simple returns like this.
