What's up with the owner claiming all the poor reviews are from people who were never customers? Seems shady to claim anything negative is fake. Unfortunately, "shady" sums up my experience with this business.First of all, I will say the location was convenient for me as I live near Pleasant View. Unfortunately, that was the only "pleasant" thing about my experience as a customer. When I attempted to rent a 10 x 5 x 8 unit the man on the phone kept interrupting me by saying "huh? huh? you want a place to put your toys? your toys? your little baby toys?". This was, as you can imagine, rather off-putting but the rates are fine and I figured I wouldn't have to deal with a person once I had my things locked up. I don't want to name names, but this person was insistent on overseeing me storing my things because "the paint was fresh, can't have any chips coming off ha ha get it" while eating small bags of lays chips and throwing them on the ground. Ignoring this, I moved my things into the unit, locked up, gave my rent + deposit and left.I won't get into the details too much but after six months I took my things and changed storage facilities. One man can only handle so many threats to "voodoo curse" my grandparents old furniture.

Fantastic square footage at Ace Storage. I have several units that supply me with necessary square footage. Its great for convenience because I drive from Briley Parkway going home and I can easily drop off at Ace Storage going home or when I am leaving for work. SUPER RENTAL PRICES.

It was very easy to rent a unit here. I rented by phone but could have done it myself on their website. They also have an office if you want to rent in person. I set up automatic payments but could choose to pay online or in person. I love having choices.
