Wash had gotten worse over time. Changed my review, as the service is not good at all. I had the top tier membership, and i would go quite often, but i never received a prewash rinse, the soap doesn’t dispense half the time, some of the spinning scrubbers on the passenger side don’t work, and the tore scrubbers seem to be useless. My truck leaves dirty the majority of the time and I an extremely disappointed. I cancelled my membership and I found a much better wash for $5 less a month

The young man there was really nice. The actual car wash experience not so much. The passenger areas were not washed as the washing apparatus was not functioning on that side. It’s been down for months. The back of my car was not fully cleaned. Some parts were even dry. The vacuum section is spotty. There is not a stall that has all things functioning. It’s really needing to be revisited for usability. It’s a lot of money for this subscription to be such a lackluster experience.
