I am done with this Walgreens!!!
A close family member was on hospice and actively dying. She had a terrible rattle every time she took a breath from secretions in her throat so the hospice nurse came and called medication in to dry the secretions up and I heard her raise her voice when she was on phone w pharmacy. They had told her they go to lunch in 15 min and pharmacy closes for lunch. I hurried to Walgreens asked for medication and the lady at the counter said well we close for lunch in 5 min. They knew I was in the way , so I said “ no not before I get the medication”she went and got pharmacist who just looked at me , so I said I’m a healthcare worker and I know you need your lunch but I need this medicine now, and it’s more important than going to lunch.
He said “ I will look it up but don’t ever say one person is more important than another “
YES THEY ARE ITS CALLED PRIORITIES
Walgreens needs to get their act together, and hire enough employees to get the job done.
Maybe find a few compassionate people who work there because THEY KNEW WHAT THE MEDICATION WAS FOR.
Needless to say, they said the medication was out of stock and I had to go to a different Walgreens and they got the medication ready and I was on the way back home after only 7 minutes in the store

The white girl that’s a cashier needs to learn how to give ppl their receipts and hand ppl money back in their hand if I hand u my money …u need to hand it back …next time I will call a manager this was Sunday ,June 20 ,2024 maybe between 2:20 pm to 2:50 …let find out it’s racism working in this Walgreens

My experience was horrible, I ran out of insulin needles and was told they couldn’t sell them to me over the counter. I have purchased needles here before, I feel like was being profiled. It was at night and I had to go without my medication. I wish i could have given them zero stars. I won’t be going back here.

I called today for refill and the automated wouldn't work so I was transferred to pharmacy. After 10 minutes and no one answered the phone I said forget it. It is so frustrating that my insurance won't work with kroger anymore. Cvs and Walgreens by far have the worst service. Employees are incompetent and lazy. Earlier this week I picked up prescription and it was mislabeled. The meds in the bottle was now the same as the label. It's ridiculous but I get it. Corporations are so greedy and they don't care about Employees or customers.

Been here multiple times for the pharmacy and every single experience is uniquely difficult. My cell number won’t work randomly despite multiple texts to remind me of different Rx available for refill. Each time me or my husband goes for a kids RX they pull up a different address from the last ten years. We are active duty military and have used Walgreens all over the country and here is by far the least efficient pharmacy and lacking in customer experience.
