The worst post office I have ever used. Postal workers are very rude and abrasive, supervisors appear and communicate unprofessionally/uninformed. I highly recommend you avoid this post office if possible.

I called ahead about passport services and was told they had walk in hours M-Th 9 to 940 am. I went at 8 am to wait in line to make sure I got it done. At 9 when they opened they said it's only t-th. They were very nice about it though

The don't seem to deliver at all when there is snow on the ground. Nothing delivered for a full week. LOL. This doesn't happen anywhere else unless the mailboxes are buried in snow.

They have less open hours (9AM to 4PM Mon-Fri, closed Sat/Sun) than the banks I deal with. No postal kiosk in lobby for stamp purchases/weighing packages for postage... A town the size of Arlington deserves better. If you are only open when most of your customers are also at work, put back in a kiosk so we can buy postage/weigh & mail packages from your lobby...

Arlington post office is terrible. They put a package in the mailbox today that they knew was too big to fit in there and should have just been left at the door with the rest of the packages. It took me some time to get out. We are also still getting mail for people who haven't lived at our residence for years. There are some decent friendly employees there but other than that they have a lot of things they need to improve on.

Some manager need to handle these back hill employees with their bad attitudes, plus they need to take better care of their appearances. Look like a couple of them sleep in their cars.

What's there to say about the USPS? Generally speaking, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Today, there were three people working, so the line moved relatively quickly. Plus, the lady who helped me was in a good mood, so that made for a more enjoyable experience.

They are fast at processing passports if you have all of your paperwork already ready. This office is very helpful and friendly. Its very big and clean.

Too bad I can’t give negative stars. Arlington has the absolute worst post office in Memphis for a town that is supposed to be so upscale. Rarely do we ever get our mail. Every single day we have to go into Informed Delivery and check off mail that was not delivered. This location needs completely new management.

They keep your mail on their own personal discretion. Girl give me my mail!! You can’t keep it because you assumed I moved, nobody did a change of address!

Bought extra postage for envelopes over 1 Oz. I bought them before to add to regular postage. After watching me put stamps on over 30 letters and put them in the box they told me the stamps I bought were for overweight envelopes, I felt this was very rude
