“The sales experience was a little prolonged, not as bad as a dealer though. not being able to go on a test drive was concerning, it was not offered by the salesman, although they offer a 24 hour test drive on the web site. the valuation of my vehicle that they were selling was quick and fair.On the vehicle side, the 125 point inspection was not followed, they missed a few deficiencies in the car and the shop side of Carmax is taking care of some of them, the shop side of Carmax is doing a very great job on the repairs that they will cover, the shop has a very professional staff.”
