“This particular Penske has been Awesome to work with. I had a reservation for a 20' truck with movers scheduled to help. I went to 3 different locations and finally the manager at Whitten was able to help me lock down a 12' and helped with the mileage. It was a frustrating situation but they kept their cool. The thing people don't realize about Memphis is that the people don't care about reservations and returning things on time. This makes it hard for the Penske people to do their job. As long as you stay cool they stay cool and everyone wins.”
