“The guys that work here are friendly and helpful. The blonde girl acts like she doesn't want you to be in her store. Come to find out from other reviews that she is the manager. One day, I was in as a shipment of new products were received. I showed interest in buying one of the products. I asked how long it takes to get things into the system and ready to sell(being a former retail manager myself, I know it takes literally a couple of mins to create a SKU). I was sharply told by the blonde girl that "it will be at least 2 hours" and one of her employees gave me that look, like, "sorry dude" and I just went with it. Still, awesome shop with awesome selection and employees, just needs a more customer service oriented manager.”
“This is easily the best smoke shop in the area! We live close, but I’d happily drive an hour to this place. The staff are so sweet, and love to help everyone who comes into the shop. And the owner is the coolest! They are so fun and easy to talk to, and always update us on what’s new in the store. On top of all this, the store’s stock is changing constantly, so there’s always something new to try. This is our home smoke shop for sure!”

“About two years ago I started smoking premium cigars. At the time, my daughter was going to school at The University of Memphis and I found myself stopping in at the Tinder Box on Poplar. Today, I once again find myself in the Memphis area and needed a get away and just happened to find this newer location in Lakeland. This location is much less populated and suits my personality better. I love being able to come in and load up on sticks and have a smoke while I'm here. If you love premium cigars or just need your torch lighter refilled, stop in and they'll take great care of you. Former Y. E. S.”

“Caesar's is down the street from our house, so we have been there multiple times! The staff is always so friendly, and they always help us find what we need! We just got married on November 5th, and ordered wine, beer, and liquor from them! Melissa was so helpful with the ordering process, and had everything ready on time! We were able to return the liquor and wine we did not use, which was very helpful! We definitely recommend Caesar's!!”
