Tiny return window. I received the items as a gift so they were given to me after the date purchased leaving very little time for return. I tried to return 3 days outside of the window and was given no option. No store credit even though the tags were on the items and a receipt. It is in their policy but buyer beware. I won't be back and would never buy a gift for someone from here.

Small boutique and big on inventory. Lots of jewelry, rings, bracelets and earrings to choose from. Seasonal gift goods to choose from. Racks of clothes, casual to dressy. Lots of flowy tops, leggings and jean's, and more. Loved supporting the local businesses!

I randomly stopped in to check out the store as I’m new to the area. The young lady who helped us was very kind and answered a load of questions from myself and my youngster. She was very kind and patient with us.The store was clean and had a great variety of items.Definitely will be back!

Absolutely LOVED this 2-piece. I went with a medium based on the size reference on the website. The top fit great but I was swimming in the skirt, so I had to return. :(Would have been better if the pieces were sold separately.

Make sure you check the quality of items purchased. I purchased an accessory for a Christmas gift. The owner would not exchange or offer store credit because I didn’t have my receipt and the item was an accessory.

Great set. I already washed and dried it with no issue. The neck is a bit tight may loosen a bit over time. The colour and fabric is super nice shipping took a while, thats the only downside.

Do not shop at Paisley Rooster if you are not 100% certain you will not be exchanging or refunding the item - that is gifts included! A little back story: For Christmas, I spent close to $500 in the store over the month of December for gifts. My husband did additional shopping for me for stocking stuffers and spent $75. Today, I walked in with a $100 gift card (that I requested as a gift from my mother n law) along with the receipt and necklace for the return of a jewelry purchase. I was told they would not exchange the necklace. Becky, the sales associate, was kind enough to get Whitney (the store owner on the phone) for me to explain that everything I had on was from her store in addition to how much I shop there for gifts, birthdays, parties, Christmas, and my own personal wardrobe. A side note: I left the necklace at the counter even though they didn’t refund of exchange it. I live in Arlington and have been a huge supporter of the store. I send all my friends there and it’s not uncommon for me to bring friends along with me for shopping. It’s a sad day (in my opinion) but I will not be back into Paisley Rooster from here out. I will not be spending another dime in the store. Amazing Lace and other local shops will be my go to’s from now on. Paisley Rooster obviously doesn’t need or want the business of this faithful local store shopper.

My favorite boutique! They always have the cutest things and friendliest staff. I often get compliments when I wear stuff from Paisley Rooster and I always send everyone I know there.
