Sabrina Doster, the manager at this location, has me in a similar situation to Billy Rhodes' review.She made accusations of inappropriate behavior on the property to excuse my eviction to her managers due to personal issues with a mutual of a mutual. Insane! She used profanity and made threats to me for being in the parking lot of the facility that I pay for. This person is crazy, and Milton and Julia Grant of Grant Properties have done nothing to fix the situation. Do not do business with this company, they are all awful!

Great experience with Sentry in Arlington. Everything was done easily online from renting to monthly payments to closing out the rental. The property was always clean and felt really secure. Overall it was a great experience dealing with them.

We have used storage facilities in the past and this one is by far the best we've ever experienced. The office staff were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional; great customer service! The place is very well cared for, always clean, the bays are in great condition. I would highly recommend this storage facility in Arlington. Second to none!

Staff was very helpful when I initially rented and when I moved my things into the climate controlled area. Always felt very safe when I went to get things from storage to slowly take to my new home. Exceptionally clean as well, in comparison to the others I looked at. Highly recommend the Arlington location.

Gave 2 stars just because the staff was always helpful and polite. But ALL our furniture was covered in mold. Our couch and recliner were in bad shape had to throw away and buy new ones. VERY UPSET. So just a heads up if you store your things in this storage facility you could get mold all over your things. Literally every furniture. The crazy thing to me is this facility was brand new when we got a unit!

Terrible service. Sebrina is rude and made false accusations to charge extra upon vacating the unit. Scam company. Definitely do not recommend.

This storage facility opened right on time for me! From the moment I contacted the facility to meeting the staff I felt better knowing that my possession would be storaged in an organized, clean and secure place.The bonus amenities that come with your lease: a conference room for meetings as well as a coffee bar is so needed and welcomed in Arlington.So if your looking for a place to store your things consider Sentry. They took some of the pressure of moving off me by having all I needed from the lock for my unit to my moving supplies! Hopefully it’ll be a good fit for you.
