I been coming here a long long long time. This place has gone down since Kim has left. I love Ms Candy she is about the only staple left in this place that can keep it together. This Hanna lady don’t know how to run this business nor simply know how to book an appointment. She booked my appointment wrong in the system and blamed me for it then had the nerve to be confrontational. Then when I was able to recall the entire conversation to her when could not say anything to me. I told her I didn’t have to step foot back into that establishment because I was a loyal customer. But if you have the gall to ever try to confront a customer or a woman get ready. The problem is we support these establishments way too much and they think we need them no main you got this all wrong, Hanna tried it on a very great day. But I will not fall actions to her shortcomings and the fact that she cannot speak the language well or comprehend. She and all her nieces have terrible attitudes and the place will run down and won’t be there for long so eventually there will be no Nail Art. In the long run… it will just be a building by the bank. Just watch.

I've been coming here for a long time. I love Candy. She's so sweet . I just came back since they're under new management, plus my nails don't lift around cuticles when she do them! I left due to, they used to over book her a lot, so she felt the need to rush to keep up. But now they space her clients out better. She likes to please everybody. These nails are going on 2wks. So far so good!!

I went in at 6:08 to get a pedicure and was told they were closed. However, the door says they close at 7. It was not busy at all for them to turn down money. I always patronize this place since I stay right down the street. I will not be returning.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would!!! Another nail salon RUINED my nails. The acrylic was lumpy and I had already missed work, but had no choice but to get them fixed. I went to Nail Art for the first time, they worked me in, when they didn’t necessarily have the time, they were quick and did an awesome job. I will never, ever go anywhere else in Memphis! Thanks so much ladies. See you in two weeks?

This experience was truly awful!!! I decided to try the dip for the first time ever. I was passing through and my regular shop I go to was already booked for the day. So as I sat down so the lady could remove the nails I previously had on she sat a bowl in front of me with boiling acetone. For which I told her that I rather have them wrapped. She acted as if she didn't hear me. I dont like dipping them in acetone because it bothers my skin. After a while of me mentioning it over and over she finally did. Which she seemed very irritated because it took longer. Once the process began she dipped two of the wrong colors on two different nails because she was in a rush and not paying attention. She got really irritated and started squeezing my fingers. She had to redo one nail because she took the dip right off the side. When she used the drill she about took off the tip of my finger. And when she filed one of my thumbs she was filing nothing but skin. When the lady looked over at me..the lady to her right asked what was I doing..I told her praying to Jesus that she doesn't take my fingers off...she replied laughing saying relax that she has been doing nails for 20 years...at that point I wanted to tell her that she might want to retire...after paying they asked if I wanted to join the rewards program for which I told them no thank you..I was just passing through and would not need them. I'll never go there again...truly awful!!!Service: Dip powder

I take my daughter to this shop all the time and normally they do great work. But this experience was horrible and discriminating, my teenage daughter went in on Sunday and paid $75 for a full set and 4 designs, the next day one fell off, we returned to the shop to get it replaced she stated that she would have to charge, I ask why because we paid yesterday for them to be done properly. Afterwards she agreed. So I waited in the car until my daughter finished. The nail tech stated to my daughter we normally charge $100 for this and started talking to her co workers in another language and started asking my child were are you going, when she got done my daughters nail quality looked nothing like the rest, which clearly was a rush, I don’t care job. My issue is this…. If a customer is paying their money, even if they are a young black child you still treat them with respect. That tech tried her best to insult my child intelligence when she implied they really charge more which is a lie because I child goes there frequently. Until they learn how to appreciate there paying custom we will not return. And I know I’m the past I saw with my own eyes a causian woman come in asking for multiple nails to be fixed without charge and they did not hesitate to say yes. This is 2022 this tacky discriminative behavior will no longer be excepted.Service: Acrylic nails

I have never experienced overt racism like I just experienced at this nail shop. I had an appointment at 4:40 and while the tech is working on me another customer (white) comes in and says "My appointment is not until 5:45 I was hoping to get in early. "The tech stops working on me and says someone else will help me. She then starts working on that customers feet while I'm sitting there waiting. After 20 minutes of sitting there gathering my emotions and wrapping my head around what just really happened I tell the owner I will pay for removal of the dip but my money is just as good as anyone else's and I will take my business elsewhere.

This was my first visit here. I got full set, short length, coffin shape and gel polish. I am not pleased. The nails are not shaped evenly and the polish is on my cuticle. I was cut by the drill used on my hand to make matters worse.

May not return. Made an appt several weeks ago & put it on my calendar immediately. Apparently manicurist did not enter it on her calendar. I stayed, anyway, but a “walk-in” after me received attention before me. NOT HAPPY!Service: Manicures
