Helpful staff as always. Not sure why this store always seems to have carts of supplies to put away in the aisles impeding traffic and slowing down the pace of people getting to the store. The stock levels were good today which was a positive meat section was full.

Store is limited but does well to keep things in stock. I recently wanted something in produce that is typically not stocked. It was fennel bulb. The produce manager said he would order and to check back in a few days. I checked back within 4 days and it was there. Almost always friendly and helpful staff.

Although Kroger in Arlington is always busy the people that work there are always pleasant and happy to help if needed. The produce is always fresh and I prefer it over Walmart any day.

This is worst Kroger I have ever used in my entire tire life. I have to use the pick up service a lot and my food is often rotted (spoiled bags of salad, and bruised soft already expiring fruits) broken eggs, missing items. The new pick up manager is extremely rude and has a major attitude like their mistakes are the customers problem.

No carts avaliable. Self check out number 5 was malfunctioning to the extent it was almost unusable. No attendant for our cube of 8 self checkouts, which is very frustrating when self checkout needed them over multiple timed due to its malfunctions. Typically ok but they need to scale up to accommodate a growing arlington.

Need to make a return, but every time I have gone in (4 times in the last 2 weeks) the customer service desk has been closed and no one could help me. They don’t have hours posted off when they are open. I have been going between 11am-3pm to attempt in making my return. When I asked an employee when they will be open she said she didn’t have a clue.

Worst store does not have adequately stocked selection. Very small. Employees and patrons on that matter are stuck up rude and hateful. Worst store to Instacart in ever. Store management followed me around on every aisle instead of asking me if I needed help. And this was an African-American to make this so bad. Even the snot nose high school baggers are disrespectful. And my day you get a belt to the backside for being so rude. This isn’t 1967 it’s 2023. Treat people with respect the way you would want them to treat you. But there’s too much light, sense to you people.

I went in with a pharmacy emergency perception. I was sent from another Kroger stating per the computer that they had it in stock. The staff was RUDE leaving me in tears. Ian in a white coat was the worst. I doubt a pet medication is not that in demand, they left me with no further help just crying in the middle of the store. VERY Unprofessional

Arlington Pharmacy is horrible prescription, called in at 11:30. I arrived at 7:50 and they told me it had not been filled and would not be filled till the next day when I ask for a phone number to complain she just kept telling me that it could be filled tomorrow over and over, I will take my business to Arlington apothecary from here on out

This is my neighborhood store. I am so proud of how far this store has come under new management. This store is getting product on the shelf even with a skeleton crew so the vantage of the empty store is looking better. There are things that really need to improve on stock and display but they working on it!! People must understand since all that Pandemic assistance, people’s work ethics declined overall, so it’s super hard to recruit people to work jobs under $18/hr which is the new living minimum wage with this inflation, so shame on Kroger for not paying this people more to get in there and keep the store moving with stuff on shelf & speedy service. People got used to laying on their backs getting $800/week so the thought of standing all day & breaking your back for less than $600/week is crucial. Kroger got a crucial staffing problem so everything can’t and won’t be on shelves. The skeleton crew with just a few $$$ can only do so much. Be grateful they making it happen with less and that we have a neighborhood store.

This is not the best, but definitely my favorite Kroger. They always have the basic things I typically buy, however, they do not always have a lot of staff on hand. I’m sure it’s due to the labor shortage, new generation, yada yada yada… but it’s usually clean, usually stocked with whatever you’re looking for - go ahead, stop in.
