If I could give Kroger pharmacy in Arlington negative stars I would. Not only are you going to wait FOREVER to even be acknowledged, they openly lie...I dropped off a prescription today and after waiting 30-40 minutes for it to be filled, I return only to be told "it was written for the wrong strength." I then tell them, it is for a dog and she tells me it doesn't matter it is written at the wrong strength. I went to my truck and contacted my vet and he said he didn't know what that meant. So I went to the pharmacy drive-thru (my truck is now loaded with groceries) to get clarity and I'm told that it doesn't come in that strength. Well, it does, they just didn't have it (this is lie #1). Not only did they lie, they had the audacity to be rude! At first she tells me that she heard the other person working in there say it doesn't come in that strength (lie #2). But when I repeat the conversation verbatim, she says "well that's saying the same thing." It's definitely not. To make matters worse, my vet texts me and says he has it cleared up. At this point she obviously doesn't care to keep customers because she says do you just want your prescription back and I take it.I will NEVER get a prescription filled here again and my shopping days at Kroger for anything, anywhere are officially over!! I don't know why they are investing money on a bigger store in Arlington, eventually no one is going to shop there. I wish Walmart would open a neighborhood market or an Aldi would open out here, this Kroger would go out of business...

I have tried to do business with this pharmacy, but they don't seem to care. I don't like to give a bad review, but they do not deserve a good one at all. If it happened once I could see trying again. But I have called several times.

Never in my life have I left a bad review for anything but they deserve it! My dog has diabetes and unfortunately the vet did not write prescription for insulin and needles they just told us what to get. I have gotten insulin needles from them multiple times before never had an issue just needed to tell them what size needle. I went in today and the pharmacy tech wants to stand behind the counter and laugh which I thought was very unprofessional and rude then proceeded to say she couldn’t give them without a prescription. I Understand that there are some people who use them for the wrong reasons but the fact that I’ve never had a problem until today and my dog actually needs them in order to get her insulin! They are absolutely rude and I will never come go back to them again!!

Just got off the phone with the pharmacy after speaking with the manager TWICE after calling and being hung up on for the past almost HOUR!!!!! I had a script that needed to be filled and they didn’t tell me my insurance wasn’t accepted until I drove all the way to the pharmacy and they told me my meds weren’t covered so I had to call another pharmacy and have that pharmacy call Kroger pharmacy to get my meds switched?? Called Walgreens, had them call Kroger, got a call back from Walgreens saying they were hung up on multiple times and cannot continue to hold so I had to sit on the phone with with Kroger AGAIN waiting them to pick up. The manager finally had to walk the phone over to the pharmacy and micro manage in order to make sure I was being helped. The lady on the phone at the pharmacy was extremely hateful towards me once I finally got to speak with her. Toddlers work at this pharmacy and I will NEVER use them again!!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Dumpster fire. It's the only way to describe this place.While trying to park, I had to navigate around a stack of carts in the middle of the isle. To go around them, I had to wait on 2 employees to get out of my way. One actually eyed me like I was doing something wrong but had no intention of actially moving the crats. Finally parked, shopped for half an hour and came out to see the carts are still there blocking people from getting out. If anyone reading this has the means to open a grocery store, please do. You are guaranteed to get all of the customers from this area.

Rated 1 star because of customer service. Multiple times I have had prescriptions filled here. Not once have they called to inform me the prescriptions were ready. Also they were quick to cancel a prescription because they felt the copay was too high without again calling to confirm with me. I would think this would violate some sort of law or at the very least is immoral. I will not be using Kroger Pharmacy of Arlington again.

This is the first bad review I have ever left in my life but this pharmacy deserves it. Very slow, condescending, and completely unorganized, rude and unprofessional. We switched to arlington apothecary and love it!

Called in a prescription refill on Saturday. Said it would be ready by Monday at 1pm. The automated service called me on Monday around noon to let me know it is ready. When I went to pick it up, they informed me i couldn't have it for 4 more days.
