My blue collar husband who works incredibly hard built up and 401k. He needed to withdraw from it to help cover unexpected expenses. NO one and I mean no one answers the phone. We tried many days and weeks. There’s no email listed in their website. He was locked out of his account and the only way to get back in was reaching out to his former boss. When his boss was able to help, finally someone reached out to my husband and arranged to send him a check. He was told he would get a tracking number in 3-5 days. Well that’s passed and nothing. He emailed to check in and got an automated response saying the person is now out of office. He now sent payroll an email to try and get a response. It is awful that they hide their contact information, don’t ever answer, and give people the run around. What a nightmare during a time when our family needs to access those funds. Wouldn’t recommend.

I just started using FBA and to be honest, I am thoroughly annoyed with their customer service department - it is extremely hard to get in contact with someone. I called 4 times in one day with no luck and ended up sending them a message on their Facebook profile for them to call me back.

There is no way to contact this business directly. They have a mailing office listed on their website, but no phone number listed. I am trying to access my account and it will not let me log in. The links all send you in circles.

Worst company ever!! To Tony it’s all about money and how much he can rip you off for! Holding mine and my companies money hostage until I pay him $500.00. I wish I new money was more important to him then his integrity and reputation.

Absolutely the worst company you could imagine. They will rip you off at every opportunity. Fees are hidden and they are not honest about when you're getting charged. Their percentage that they take for a 401K is well over 10X national average. Getting a straight answer out of them is near impossible assuming you're able to communicate with them at all. If your company uses them you should demand a better plan and skip using your company's 401K until they do.

Worst place to do business with. You email them it might be a day or 5 days before they reply if at all. You call the phone number press 0 like it states for a a call back and it either hangs up on you or y oh never get a call back. I would just go open an IRA at my bank or talk to your company about a 401k and take my business elsewhere.
