Easy to find, very clean, great rooms, amazing and friendly service. I just spent 4 days crossing the country one way and 4 more days back, and this was, without a doubt, my best hotel stay.

We only stayed one night and did not use the amenities however everything was wonderful. The reception and housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really good, the room spacious and clean, the pool and exercise room also looked very nice. We will definitely come back.Rooms: King bed studio, 2 large screen tvs, separate desk and sitting area, mini fridge and microwave, spacious clean bathroom-shower only.

The hotel is new and nice; service was good but I gave 2 stars becuase for a new hotel it was the worst mattress ever. You are in the sleep business so please get mattresses that people can actual sleep on and get rest to enjoy their visit. STOP buying the cheapest mattress possible.

I stayed at this location for 16 nights due a pipe bursting in my home. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The ladies Jessica and Sonja at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer to me and my 89 year old father. The breakfast area was well maintained and all the ladies there made us feel welcome.The suite was very well appointed. The beds were comfy and the shower was better than mine at my house. You should not hesitate staying at this location. The 2-star rating is rediculous. I give it 10 stars.Rooms: The suite was large with a couch and 2 large tvs. Bedding was nice and the coffee machine was a nice touchFood & drinks: The breakfast was always hot and fresh with many options. Coffee and tea was always available.

Looks like a fairly new hotel located by I-40. Rooms were very nice and bed were comfortable. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful.Safety: The parking and outside area was well lit and seemed safe.

Sadly never coming back. I wanted to just relax however this property locks down tv so much forget connecting your device. Sorry but worth all the options in area no reason to stay here again.

The night auditor was rude as h***. I work for Marriott so I know how it could be some nights. I asked for my complimentary room upgrade and he lied and said there was no upgrades available. The parking lot was empty. Me and my wife waited at the front entrance for a while and luckily two guest at the hotel came in because we may not have checked in last night. His customer service was terrible. In my past stay the staff service was impeccable. I can’t bash the entire facility when it’s great and there’s just one bad apple…

I travel quite a bit for work and as a result, have a lot of experience with hotel stays.We had a standard room, not a suite. It cost us $199 before taxes and fees. One king bed. The room obviously wasn't cleaned well. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I found someone's nail clippings on the floor and other bits of debris.There aren't any outlets on the wall next to the bed on one side. The shower door kept trying to roll open during our showers. There is a sign in the bathroom asking the guest to hang up their towels for reuse to be eco-friendly, which is fine, but there are no towel racks at all, so where should we do that? The only hooks to hang towels on are so far from the shower you have to get out while wet and track water around the bathroom to get your towel. The bed was not very soft, so no good sleep. Breakfast was included, and it was ok, certainly not the best hotel breakfast I've had and was pretty limited. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes were the extent of the hot breakfast. You could make waffles if you wanted.Overall, I expected much better for $200 and a new hotel that's only been open for a little over a year. But they know you are at their mercy. The other hotel right next door is more expensive. Other than these two hotels, you're going to be staying closer to Memphis, and chances are your car will be broken into.
