I tested positive for Covid and strep at the same time and CVS took DAYS to have my prescription ready. I was miserable because I didn’t have access to meds that I needed in order to kill the infection. STILL WAITING FOR MY PRESCRIPTION

Understaffed every visit. Prefill Rx online and still have to wait in the pickup for 20+ min....

My insurance requires me to fill prescriptions with this pharmacy. They are slow, incompetent and will mess up your prescriptions. In the past they have made me run out of vital medicines or have tried to substitute other meds that my insurance will not cover. I have called only to be put on hold for up to 45 minutes and then hung up on. I would switch to a different pharmacy (I pass 3 on my way to this location) but my insurance will not pay any at all. I have considered changing my insurance so I do not have to deal with these people.

I pulled up to the drive threw window. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting with my window down. I let my window up and then Tawanda comes to the window and says \"So you gonna drive off?\" No greeting nothing. A lot of attitude. She said I called you three times and you did nt answer. Well if I had My windows up HOW AM I GOING TO HEAR YOU!!!\nShe got my information since I was picking up for my daughter. I get so tired of these people working in customer service with these rude attitudes. Get another job somewhere else. I am an RN and this is unacceptable to treat customers. I will be be changing all of my family medications to somewhere else.

Negative 5 stars! I'm still in shock about my experience. I waited for 40 minutes for someone in pharmacy to answer the phone. Since I was out and about and wasn't able to talk to someone -I swung by. When I arrived there were 5 people working in pharmacy and I stood there for 10-15 minutes the ONLY person in line and not ONE person said anything. One woman looked right at me and said nothing! Finally, I asked can someone please help me to the pharmacist. And he asked the woman that ignored me to assist. I said my prescription was supposed to be ready at noon and I know you guys are busy, but I tried calling and no one answers so here I am. Can I get my prescription? Oh it's not ready you will have to wait. 15 min later there was a long line and I knew if they even filled it , by the time I got up to check out would be way to long - so I left. Called corporate to complain. They put me on hold to call the same pharmacy to check on status. I told her they wouldn't answer, but she said they will see it's corporate calling and definitely would. Ha ha of course that did not happen. It's now 2 hours later and it still in process. This has got to be a joke! The whole time I was there with the 5 ppl working not 1 call was answered. When I left there was a LONG line and 5 calls waiting and 2 of the ppl went on breaks. Of all the crap that happened what bothers me the most is not one of them said - hello we will be with you soon. I videoed and captured the woman staring directly at me and looked away while I stood there at the counter forever. UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!! CVS HWY 64 Lakeland, TNThis store's pharmacy has really been bad for a few years now, but this is the worst!

If only you could leave a zero. Pharmacy is as incompetent as they come. They typically start your prescription when you come to pick it up after being told to be there at that time. Don't get upset and say anything with vulgarity, then you get an eye roll from the lady pharmacist. Then she will continue to run her jaws and roll her eyes to a coworker.

This particular store has a very rude pharmacy tech. The lead pharmacist is new, and he allowed this to happen. She ran me off from using this CVS store. The store is fine as long as this particular staff doesn’t wait on you. I don’t come into a store to get devalued. I hope Upper management doesn’t allows her to get away with it. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office.

absolute worst pharmacy i've ever used. they cancel my prescription every single month for a VERY time sensitive medication without telling me. my insurance doesn't cover it so they "cancel it because they don't think i'll wanna pay full price" yet i tell them month after month to not cancel my medication. i have to have it regardless of if it's covered or not. laziest staff ever. phone rings when i'm in the store, and they talk about how they're not gonna answer it because they don't wanna talk to people. i've called several times in the past few months and they literally hang up on me. i wish i could give this pharmacy a 0. rude, lazy, and ignorant employees who hardly do their job. certainly will not be continuing to fill here.

This CVS is horrible! I called in a refill that my child was out of and needed. I went 3 HOURS later to pick it upway after the time they said it would be ready. When I got there the tech said it wasn't ready and could not be until the next day!! My child needs this medicine! I told them and they said- sorry!

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm filing a state of TN complaint against this place and hopefully they can prevent a death from happening due to poor management. The worst pharmacy! Beware

I had some problems with the way my prescription was written by my doctor and the Lady that I dealt with at the pharmacy went out of her way to help resolve the issue. That kind of customer service goes a long way in my book. Thank all of you.

My prescription was called in at 9:45 AM. I went to the drive thru window at 11:15. After waiting 10 minutes the technician came to the window. I gave her my info and she said it wasn't ready. She said someone called in and she didn't have it ready and walked away. It is now 5:15 and I called to see if it is ready. I got their automated system and entered the response to speak with someone momentarily. I have now been on hold for 40 minutes and just spoke with someone who said they had about 15 phone calls. Last prescription I will fill there.
