Sod is cut in small scraps and uneven small squares that don’t even stay together. To pick up, they have people drive all over their product to pick up the sod. Sod was dried out about an hour or so after we got it. I’m shocked at the lack of care they put into the whole business. You definitely get what you pay for, which is even overpriced for what you actually get. If customers knew how careless they are in the fields, they would not trust this place, AT ALL. SMH

Be better off at Winstead spending more. Probably bought 15-20 pallets here. Service is worse every time. Not returning.

My order was for 4.26.21 (five pallets) The sod tore when the guys picked it up. It was partially dry when it arrived. It looks like I was delivered two pallets of good grass. The rest was junk. This place was my installers choice, not mine. Pay more for your sod. These folks are a joke. Take photos of your product as it is installed/ Maybe the professionals can get this crabgrass and Johnson grass out of my yard. I regret that I did not read these reviews before hand.

Can not give a good review. The sod was in terrible condition. Some pieces we were able to lay down in one piece, but over 50% fell apart as we tried to take it off the pallet. The sod also contained crabgrass. You get what you pay for I guess. We wish we would have paid more somewhere else to get better quality. .

Go somewhere else. The lady I dealt with was nice but the quality is trash. I paid for zoysia and got a pallet of mixed grass with torn and shredded sections. none of them were the same size. several were missing sections. Just trash sod. I don't know if they gave me two pallets of their scraps or what but I won't be going here again.

I have ordered multiple pallets of sod and have had no issues. Prices are 1/5 what their competitors charge. Delivery is offered for a $50 charge, no complaints here!!

Don’t waste your time with them. The person who answers the phone is the only one in the office to help you and her attitude is very unpredictable. Things may turn out the way mine did. They sell your sod to someone with a larger order and not bother to let you know until you arrive. That is way too far to drive to find out you should come back much later, right before closing. She was very pleasant during my initial call, took my order and told me it would be ready the next morning. Pick up is between 10 AM and 4:00 PM when they close. I decided to increase my order but there was no one there late afternoon answering the phone and there is no voicemail system. I started calling at 8 AM the next morning and could not get anyone to answer until after 9:30 AM. She was very nice again and said they’ll be glad to increase the order but it was too late to include it for today and I should pick up the next day after 10 AM. The landscapers went the next day to pick up the sod around 11:30 AM, but right before they arrived I called her to pay in advance. That’s when she told me that the sod would not be ready until after 3 o’clock and they close at 4 o’clock. She said they sold my sod to someone who had a larger order. She further stated that she was with another customer and did not have time to argue with me about it and if I have a problem with waiting then I should just buy the product from someone else. What made matters worse is she abruptly hung up the phone. I called back to make sure it was not a call failure and she said “no” she “meant to hang up” because she was helping someone else. This seemingly sweet person turned into the most unprofessional, rudest and non-accommodating person I have ever met. (They have a name for this condition.) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
